Club Penguin Halloween Party 2013 Construction

Club Penguin have released some construction in order to get ready for the upcoming 2013 Halloween Party which will be commencing upon the Club Penguin island on the 17th October 2013. There is basically the same construction found all across the island which leads to suggest that something like a trail will be occurring across the island?
