Club Penguin Island Emoji Filter

For many weeks now, players have been requesting some sort of Club Penguin Island emoji filter to put over their images. I have taken a bunch of emojis and made a fan-made filter which took a lot of time and doesn’t seem too bad.

It’s a transparent image which can easily be put over other images. So far it’s only for portrait images but if you’d like me to, I can try to create a landscape one. I based it off this image.
