This is just a quick update to let you know Rockhopper visited on the server Zipline today, and was tracked by the mascot tracker. Congratulations if you met him!
Update: He visited Marshmallow on the 2nd of October too and was tracked by the tracker.

He’ll almost certainly visit again for The Fair, I’m not too sure when though.

just a question that has nothing to do with this, is PST based of a certain time zone or is it compleatly new

It’s Penguin Standard Time, which is also the clock at the Snow Forts, but there’s also an actual timezone called PST (Pacific Standard Time) which is the same time. 🙂
