CP Rewritten: Treasure Book Likely Soon
The Treasure Book may be coming “soon” to Club Penguin Rewritten, which was a book that allowed you to unlock a variety of exclusive items, or use a code for coins!
This hasn’t been directly confirmed, but Joee posted the following sneak peek. It’s unlikely to be a one-time code sneak peek as those rarely feature a foot item, but it has a very similar feel to the Treasure Book.
In fact, Joee said earlier this month that he had planned ways to bring back rarer items (such as the Blue Sneakers, which seems to be featured in the above image) and that could just be through the Treasure Book!

It’s not known for certain if this is a Treasure Book sneak peek, but the team said they were looking into adding it during the first Devcast, and it looks very much like one, which is really exciting!

Do you think the original CP Beta Hat will be a “rare item”? Also do you think the CPR beta hat will be a “rare item” as well?

The original CP Beta Hat doesn’t exist on CPR because it was removed, and the CPR Beta Hat won’t return. 🙂

Really? I thought it was still a thing but they just took it away because of the Waddle On Party! It would be cool if they made it a unique item, so if you had the normal you could keep it and the waddle on beta hat would get removed! Who knows maybe they would bring it back.

The Beta Hat was originally just going to be removed from people who got it at the Waddle on Party, and people who used the item transfer could still keep it. Instead though, they decided to completely remove it!

Just wondering, how does the Treasure Book work?

A code gets released and then the people who redeem it whilst it’s not expired get access to a book. From there, they can choose a few exclusive items out of a few pages, or select coins! 🙂

It’s not known how Treasure Book codes will be given for free in the future yet, sadly.
