CP Rewritten: Card Jitsu Water Development Paused
It’s been a while since information was released by the Club Penguin Rewritten team regarding Card Jitsu Water. It was initially due to release in 2019, but it’s unlikely for it to release soon.
A statement was recently released regarding the game that I thought was worth sharing. It confirms that Card Jitsu Water isn’t anywhere near the priority right now, but it also suggests that the team are working on something else of significance!
[Card Jitsu Water] is in our thoughts, we don’t want to work on anything this big at the moment due to us working on something already for the game.

Kind of said that it’s now been a little over two years since the pause and still hasn’t been completed. I know all the work of it is a lot for what originally was a project for four people so I can’t complain. I just hope in the future there might be some additional ads and won’t get forgotten with time. I’m so grateful for the bring back of the game since I was a player of the original since about 2008 or earlier. Water dojo would be cool.

I think Card-Jitsu Water is sadly a long way away, especially since the initial aim was for Card-Jitsu to launch this year and that doesn’t seem to be happening. It would certainly be cool though!
