CP Rewritten: Penthouse Igloo to be Introduced
Some sneak peeks have been released of the upcoming Furniture Catalog, along with the Better Igloos one! One of the most exciting pieces of information revealed by it is that the Penthouse Igloo will be introduced for the first time, with the Theatre Igloo also returning for the first time in over two years.
In addition to that, a full page of the Furniture Catalog has been revealed! It shows a variety of prehistoric furniture which will also be available when the catalog is released.
The catalog is almost ready, but the team are still implementing secret hidden items. Once that process has been completed, the catalog should hopefully be released in time for the end of May!

50-60k in igloo items, here I come. lol Remember, this is a 2-monther. There will be pastel items in the April part of the catalog. I will save money checking for “repeat items,” but it’s tedious. I wish there was a popup to indicate how many of a particular item you had and if you would like more. For example, “You have 5 beach balls. Would you like more? Yes. No.” And then just type the amount you wanted (or not). I love how Penguin Style was designed, because it tells you when you have an item.
I think the Grad Party will be our first real taste of HTML5 (at least party-wise). I could be wrong. Regardless, the Grad Event in HTML looks lit.
Not sure what’s up with the stampbook. It says 326 stamps but the book is complete at 324. I know it’s still being tweaked, but I wish the stamp count were correct. I also think there are other features missing.
I read your “favorite music” reply. Bowie and Prince? Nice! Not as familiar with George Michael, but he has one heck of a voice (think his rendition of Somebody To Love by Queen (I believe he played it with members of Queen) or teaming up with Elton John to belt out Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me), and I like his song Freedom.

I definitely think that the idea of being able to purchase multiple furniture items with a single click has been one of the most requested, even back when Club Penguin was around. I’m not sure why it was never implemented, since it would’ve been really helpful, but hopefully there’s scope for the Club Penguin Rewritten team to introduce such a feature in the future.
Also, you’re right about the Stamp Book! I was hoping that there’d be two additional stamps, but sadly not.

This is a bit off topic, but I guess George Michael had two songs called Freedom, one when he was with Wham!, the other when he went solo. I was referring to Wham!; the solo one isn’t bad. Model Linda Evangelista is a nice distraction. lol
Prince, D. Bowie, and G. Michael ~ RIP. All in 2016 too. 🙁 Uncanny.

George Michael’s voice is definitely really amazing, and I definitely love his performances with other musicians! Some of the songs with Wham! are also really catchy. The Freedom (solo) music video is great, but I haven’t seen it in a while since I usually listen to the live version instead.
It really is sad how they all died in the same year though.

That’s true, I would’ve assumed that it’d come with the Music Jam later in the year! However, I suppose that there aren’t any prehistoric-themed igloos which the team could’ve alternatively released.
