New Penguin of the Week Penguins May Receive an Exclusive Background

Hi Everyone,

As usual, I was looking at some Club Penguin Files (SWFs) today and I noticed a new item. By the looks of the item, it will appear that only Penguin of the Weeks may get the item. Here’s the background.

It is unknown if former Penguin of the Weeks will receive this background however I think they should. The new Penguin of the Week is announced tomorrow, so stay tuned!
