I recently read this very cool idea for Club Penguin by Tech70. The post can be viewed below this short message. I highly suggest that you check it out, but I’m going to give my thoughts on the idea. This post will not affect the schedule.
As good as an idea it’d be for people wishing to get support, I don’t see how Club Penguin could make it happen. They’ve recently just laid of 28 people. If they add this idea, people will need to be responding to emails, calls and the chats. Chats will also dedicate a lot of time as a request a user has might take a while to solve.
Hopefully in the future they will have the capability to implement this idea, but until then I don’t see how it’ll work.
