In-App Purchases in Club Penguin Island?

It’s looking more and more like there are in-app purchases in Club Penguin Island and even a “store” to go with it. Check out this piece of code.

I’ve not found anything for fishing bait purchases or what those purchases could be but I am looking! What are your thoughts on this?
