It’s the third Monday of the month, so it’s time for another Card Jitsu Cards giveaway! This one will run for a day with a single challenge. I should stress that, as always, these cards are loose physical ones, meaning they’ll be posted to your address; they can’t be redeemed online.

Hey Torres ! I found your blog recently though I have been a longtime player of CPR. So I wanted to ask, Do you remember the original CP ? Do you ever miss that or is CPR better ?

Hi! I do remember the original Club Penguin fairly well! I miss it every now and then; it felt a bit more special than Club Penguin Rewritten, and although it was in decline in its final years, I think that I probably still prefer it for a variety of reasons.

Hi ! Why did it decline in the final yrs ? Also do original CP members still work in CPR ? Was there anything real special abt CP ? Like some puffle ; or something like a game ; or a special mascot ?

Hi! It declined as the team shifted their focus to Club Penguin Island, so parties increased in length and decreased in quality. Original accounts don’t work with Club Penguin Rewritten since they use separate databases, and the latter is an unofficial fan recreation. Club Penguin had unique puffles, games and mascots which Club Penguin Rewritten don’t!

Wow ! I really do wish I knew about CP then……..but I think you misuderstood me, I was asking about members from CP team. Do they work with CPR, or is it another group of people ?

Oh, Club Penguin Rewritten is a fan re-creation, so no employees from the previous game are part of the team.
