CP Rewritten: 16th Anniversary Party Guide
On 24th October, it’ll be sixteen years since classic Club Penguin launched back in 2005, so there’s a couple of decorations on the island to celebrate! The most notable area for this event is the Coffee Shop, as that’s been beautifully decorated to mark the occasion, with even a special cake.
An iconic part of each anniversary is the hat, and you can collect the 16th Anniversary Hat, located to the right of the cake, by simply clicking it. If you don’t have it already, you can also obtain the Celebration stamp by blowing out the candles on the cake, which effectively means clicking it.
The other room which has been transformed for this event is the Iceberg! As usual for this event, it has been tipped, which means you can pick up the Iceberg Tipper as a free item here. For some reason though, it’s not possible to actually tip the Iceberg through drilling, and instead this would have automatically happened upon entering the room, regardless of how many penguins are there.
In the past, there have been mascot visits for Anniversary Parties! It’s unclear if that’ll happen again this year, or which mascots would visit, but it’s worth keeping your eyes peeled for all mascots until the event ends. The party will end on 27th October.

CP Rewritten: 16th Anniversary – Coffee Shop Sneak Peek
A new sneak peek has been released by the Club Penguin Rewritten team ahead of the upcoming anniversary for the classic game! It shows some of the Coffee Shop, which is typically the room where the decorations are based around. As part of that, you can see half of the anniversary cake, though the concept sketch can be found here.
You might also notice a few Halloween decorations in the background. This is because the team have confirmed that the Anniversary Party will overlap with the Halloween Party, with the former beginning on 21st October or within a few days after that. For those who are unaware, the actual anniversary of Club Penguin is on the 24th October, so the event will definitely begin by that date.

CP Rewritten: 16th Anniversary Cake Sketch
Each year, around the 24th October, an event tends to be held in order to mark Club Penguin’s anniversary! At this Anniversary Party, there’s usually a cake at the Coffee Shop to celebrate the year, and the cake has a different design each year. The Club Penguin Rewritten team have now shared a sneak peek of the cake for this year!
This cake was designed by the game’s artist, Lovebacon56, and it’s not one which has been seen before! As you can tell, it has a spookier design as the Anniversary Party could coincidence with the Halloween Party since the dates are near each other. This is only a concept, so it’ll be interesting seeing the finished artwork once it has completed!
