CP Rewritten: December 2019 Penguin Style Secrets

A new Penguin Style has been released on Club Penguin Rewritten ahead of the Holiday Party this month, with some really beautiful Christmas items varying from elves to warm styles!

View all Penguin Style secrets here

In this post, I will be sharing all the secrets (or cheats) inside the catalog! A circle and arrow represents that a secret is hidden there and the image next to it is the item which you can get by clicking there.

Page one contains several secrets: the Nutcracker, the Nutcracker Costume, the Red Elf Hat, the Gingerbread Costume and the Chullo Hat.

Update: if you click the line on the bottom of the foot of the penguin on the right (the one with the snowballs), you’ll find the Red Elf Shoes. (Thanks Trevchris007 & XJ126!)

Page two contains more secrets: the Victorian Jacket and Dress, the Top Hat and the Bonnet.

Page three contains four secrets: the Silly Snowman Sweater, the Tweed Coat, the Brown Shoes and the Tweed Hat.

Notably, the Red/Blue Viking Helmet location hasn’t been changed, and is the same position in the Halloween section of catalog.

Whilst it is possible that an item could’ve been missed, this post will be updated immediately if it is incorrect. For now, I am fairly certain that these are all the secrets! I hope that this guide helped, thank you very much for reading!

CP Rewritten: Snowflakes Pin Location

A new pin has been hidden on Club Penguin Rewritten until December 19th. You can find this pin at the Night Club, just by the snowman at the bottom right of the room. It is the Snowflakes pin.

To obtain this pin, click it and then click “Yes”. It will be then be added to your inventory so that you can wear it as well as your stampbook! If someone is blocking it, I would suggest going on a less empty server to obtain it.

CP Rewritten: Holiday Party – Bakery

News regarding Club Penguin Rewritten has really slowed down recently (as I’m sure you’ve noticed!), but it’s now December and the Holiday Party is due soon!

As a result, the team have given us a few hints of what to expect. Here’s what they are:

  • Holiday Party (Note: the team are still using Holiday Party and Christmas Party interchangeably, it’s not confirmed which one it will be yet)
  • Advent Calendar
  • Bakery
  • Rockhopper
  • Coins for Change
  • Gifts
  • Surprises

I think some of these may have been expected, such as the return of Rockhopper and the Advent Calendar, but the one which really caught my attention was the Bakery!

The Bakery was a room in 2011 and 2012 on classic Club Penguin during the Holiday Party, but has never been on Club Penguin Rewritten – that seems like it might change soon! For reference, the image above is from 2012.

That’s all that’s been revealed for now, but I’ll let you know when more is! Thank you for reading, waddle on!

A new edition of the Club Penguin Rewritten Times has been released, revealing some of the things relating to the Holiday season, including details regarding the Advent Calendar in an interview with Rory!

For the best experience, I would recommend reading the paper for yourself online as it always contains a variety of cool things such as artwork, but as always, I will summarise the news revealed.

This paper reveals:

  • A new Penguin Style will be released tomorrow, filled with festive clothing, along with a new pin. There’ll also be an Advent Calendar this month
  • On December 12th, a new Furniture and Igloo catalog will be released

CP Rewritten Times: Issue #134 – December

It’s been a while since Club Penguin Rewritten news has been released, but now a new edition of the newspaper has been released. It reveals a bit of what to expect in December, though it is not clear if we will be having a Holiday Party or a Christmas Party. The team have repeatedly said it’s a Christmas Party, but the paper says otherwise. Of course, all elements of the event, irrespective of the name, will be the same!

For the best experience, I would recommend reading the paper for yourself online as it always contains a variety of cool things such as artwork, but as always, I will summarise the news revealed.

This paper reveals:

  • A new “snow-filled” Penguin Style will be released on December 5th, along with a new pin
  • On December 12th, new Furniture and Igloo catalogs will be released
  • Rory is likely going to continue visiting this week, beyond the Winter Party

CP Rewritten: Field Ops now Monthly

Unfortunately, it has now been confirmed that Field Ops on Club Penguin Rewritten have been reduced from a new one being available each week to now being a monthly event.

The team did provide an explanation on the reasoning for the change.

Field Ops were changed to monthly because it was very difficult to work on them on a weekly basis. Also, we have limited resources that we are able to use for them, as a lot of the Field Op files are old and broken.

CP Rewritten: Winter Party – Town Sneak Peek

The Winter Party is due to begin on Club Penguin Rewritten this Thursday, and the team have released some sneak peeks of the event ahead of the party on the official blog.

The first sneak peek was the logo design for the party, which actually looks really cool and wintery!

The other, and probably more significant, sneak peek was a picture of the Town’s design for the event. Very snowy and frosty!

Check it out!

The other thing revealed was that this party is not intended to have grand designs, but rather be more community-based, as reflected by the statues which the community have designed.
