Resuming Club Penguin Rewritten Only Blogging

With the return of Club Penguin Rewritten approaching in the next few days, I can confirm that it will be the only game which I will blog about currently, for reasons you can read in this post.

This is a change which isn’t that unfamiliar, as it was previously the case until Club Penguin Rewritten shut down, but it’s a game that is extremely fun to blog about, and I can’t wait to continue bringing you the latest news and guides!

This is a sample image, not a tracker

A couple of changes have been made to the website too. Firstly, all the information on the mascot trackers have been updated, including charts to show which servers each mascot has visited, my deeming of the likeliness of a mascot visiting this month, and information on how accurate the tracker has been.

Currently, the trackers have tracked 52 out of 58 mascot visits since it was created, giving an accuracy rate of 90%.

The design of this website has also received an update! Immediately, you may notice a new temporary header, which is currently there in celebration of the game returning and will be updated depending on the ongoing event.

Along with this, the sidebar has received some new buttons and widgets, including a selection of options which redirect you to different parts of the website.

Some guides have also been released, but please be aware that they are written under the assumption that the game has released. These are currently guides on how to become things on the island, such as a ninja or a PSA agent, as well as a list of codes.

When Club Penguin Rewritten releases, a new “Catalogs” page will be published too which gives information on catalogs all across the island.

Lastly, I just want to say that whilst there might be other changes, above all, I’m just really excited to be able to resume playing and blogging Club Penguin Rewritten this month, and I hope that you will support the game and perhaps even this blog!

The game will still be releasing in April, and in fact, some staff members are even able to play it, showing that it is very close to release, which is very exciting! It will also be “packed with new stuff” at release so there is a lot to look forward too!

Thank you very much for reading, waddle on! 🙂

CP Rewritten: Relaunch to be “Packed with New Stuff”

Club Penguin Rewritten is due to release this month, and with less than two weeks until May, many players are excited as the relaunch approaches!

Last night, stu (an administrator for the game) revealed that the relaunch will be “packed with new stuff”, including a new newspaper, a new pin and even some new catalogs! It isn’t confirmed if there will be a small celebration due to the relaunch, but it is entirely possible that there will be some decorations or mascots, but this has not been confirmed.

The relaunch isn’t too far away, which is extremely exciting! Thank you very much for reading, be sure to check back for more of the latest news and guides.

CP Rewritten: EPF Redesign Likely Being Used

After Club Penguin Rewritten originally shut down, the team shared some unreleased ideas and concepts, including that of a new EPF HQ and a mission system, both of which were completely custom.

It was created as a result of the agency being destroyed after Operation Blackout, and many penguins were wondering if the new design would be on the island after the game relaunches later this month. These are how it look like!

When the Club Penguin Rewritten team were asked whether or not these would be coming to the game, they responded with “Keep your eyes peeled” and a wink emoji, suggesting that they are likely coming to the game soon after relaunch!

The grey puffle could be coming to the game, but there is unclear information right now, so for now, there isn’t really enough to suggest that it is likely this new puffle will make an appearance. Perhaps it will later on in the year, especially since it seems future parties are undecided and the grey puffle was due to come in the Puffle Party.

Thank you very much for reading, be sure to check back for more of the latest news and guides!

CP Rewritten: Blog Comments Sneak Peek

As part of a really cool new website redesign by Flippy for Club Penguin Rewritten, the comments section will be receiving a fresh new update!

This is how the comments section will look like after the new blog releases, and I really like the new design!

Along with this, the team is planning to make the blog more active. Penguin of the Week will continue as Alex Ctl will be doing it. Fact Friday will also be returning, where we receive a fact regarding the game each week, and there’s lots of other stuff planned!

The new blog design looks so cool, so I’m glad there’ll be lots of content to go with it. I’d really like to see some more sneak peeks posted on the blog, as well as contests for some of the best igloos/outfits!

Thank you very much for reading, waddle on!

CP Rewritten Blog has “Lots of Things Planned”

Earlier today, stu confirmed that the Club Penguin Rewritten blog has a “lot of things planned” and that it would also be more active!

He also confirmed that there will be more different blog posts than just Penguin of the Week (which is still continuing when the game re-opens) including the possibility of things such as sneak peeks before parties.

“Also the blog has a lot of things planned and it’ll have a bunch of activity on it, we were planning on having a lot of things on there before but the blog was down”

Along with this, the team have confirmed that they are planning to release the new website design, which also includes a new community section! This is how the new blog was planned to look like and whilst it might change, this still looks absolutely amazing!

I’m curious to see the future of the blog on Club Penguin Rewritten, there could even be a whole “Fun Stuff” section like on classic Club Penguin! Thank you very much for reading, be sure to check back for more of the latest news and guides!

CP Rewritten: Future Parties are Undecided

Club Penguin Rewritten will be returning this month, and many players are excited for lots of new and exciting parties this year!

However, earlier today the Alex Ctl , who is an artist for the game, stated that “even (the) CPR team (are) confused on what parties we should do”, suggesting that future parties are undecided and nothing is planned.

The reason why this is signifcant is because it seems likely that ideas which we, the community, come up with is even more likely to become a reality! For now, it was initially confirmed that there wouldn’t be a Puffle Party this year as originally planned for last month.

Despite this, lots of requests have been made for the Puffle Party this year, and it seems that the team is considering it. It seems increasingly likely, especially seeing that the team is “confused on what parties” to do!

I personally think it’d be cool to see a Puffle Party, but I’m also excited to see what other parties are planned in the future! Thank you very much for reading, be sure to check back for more of the latest Club Penguin Rewritten news!

CP Rewritten: Team “Hoping for Early April” Release

The Club Penguin Rewritten team have confirmed that they’re working to get the game online again as soon as possible, and that they’re currently “hoping for (an) early April (release)”!

stu confirmed the news last night, as well as confirming that everything except the beta hats which we obtained from tipping the Iceberg, will be ready on our accounts when the game returns.

I’m really excited to be able to play (and blog) Club Penguin Rewritten once again when it releases! I’ll be sure to keep you updated with any more news which is released, thank you very much for reading!

The game which we all love so much is returning this April, that’s right, Club Penguin Rewritten is officially returning! It has my absolute full support, and you’ll hear more from me soon.

Here’s what’s been confirmed: the game will re-launch this month and the reason so far is “due to the amount of support and funding”.

All our accounts will be the same as we left the game so we can log right back onto our accounts! Even more, Pengur is still coming with Project Coral! The team also isn’t exactly certain if there will be a re-launch party, but they want to keep it exactly as the original.

I am honestly so happy! This is truly the best news which could be published, and I’ll be sure to keep you updated!

Waddle on, Club Penguin Rewritten

Today marks almost one week since Club Penguin Rewritten’s closure and after blogging about the game for several months and playing the game since the beta, it is with deep sadness that this will most likely be my final Club Penguin Rewritten post.

One of the things I really wanted to do is just share some of my personal favourite parties and events in just a random order. Some of the memories on the island are so cool, so I just wanted to share them one final time on this blog.

Halloween Party:

This party was probably my favourite due to a combination of extremely well-decorated rooms, an amazing selection of costumes, really fun mascot meet-ups and challenging activities.

It was so cool to be able to complete a difficult Scavenger Hunt and even help a few other penguins finish it! From the Dark Chamber to the Haunted House, I also loved the huge variety of party rooms and the spooky feeling which the party had, it really was incredible!

Christmas Party:

The Christmas Party had such beautiful decorations, a wonderful catalog and lots of incredible soundtracks, whilst still also continuing the magic of Coins for Change! This party was definitely one of my favourites.

I love how the team were able to recreate the familiar holiday-feel, and I absolutely loved the decorations and outfits.

The 2018 countdown at the Snow Forts was also such a cool touch for the conclusion of the party, especially since it seemed really unique to the island! All of this made the 2017 Christmas Party one of my personal favourite events.

Operation Blackout:

Operation Blackout was one of the most memorable events, this party was executed almost to perfection! There were lots of cool activities, amazing decorations which changed regularly and my personal favourite thing, mascot meet-ups!

There were several mascot visits for this party, but they all had really fun personalities! Herbert even told me to “get off the island” at one point, it was incredibly fun!

Wilderness Expedition:

Perhaps one of the more underrated parties, I really loved the Wilderness Expedition. It only lasted a few days long, but the maze and puzzle was really enjoyable and fun! In the end, being able to adopt a brown puffle was cool too!

Music Jam:

This was the party which I first fully got engaged in and it was great! There were a variety of cool items and amazing rooms, as well as the chance to get the DJ Maxx stamp for the first ever time! It was overall a really cool party.

Winter Fiesta:

This party was just really cool, from the exclusive catalog containing the Red Lei, to the party’s rooms and celebrations! I really loved how the Casta Fiesta was almost always busy. This party was just overall really fun!

Water Party:

July was a really amazing month for me on the island. Not only was it the month where I was selected as a Penguin of the Week, but there was a really cool party too!

The Water Party had really cool decorations, including the whale, and there were so many fun events during the time such as Mod Monday! It was a lot of fun.

The Great Snow Maze:

Though a bit more recent, the Great Snow Maze still remains an extremely cool event! I loved being able to explore the maze and the Yeti Costume at the end was really awesome.

Penguin Play Awards:

This event occurred only a few weeks ago, so you may remember it! The month was quite tense for the game, but it still had a really cool party, especially with some of the decorations at the Pizza Parlour. I also really loved the costumes which were brought back.

Club Penguin 12th Anniversary Party:

For the first time ever on Club Penguin Rewritten, we were able to tip the Iceberg in celebration of Club Penguin turning twelve years old! The Coffee Shop also had a really amazing design, which was completely custom.

Great Storm:

Although this event was slightly smaller compared to others, I really loved the storm in October, and actually even wish it was permanent. The lighting on the buildings, the rain, the puddles, it was just a perfect addition to the island.

Waddle on Party:

Without a doubt one it was one of the most emotional parties, however it did not disappoint with amazing decorations and even a chance to tip the Iceberg!

But above all, this party had some really special mascot and community events, whether they were unplanned or planned, and I will really miss those.

These were some of my personal favourite parties, but there were so many more, some of which I didn’t even properly experience. The Medieval Party, St. Patrick’s Day Party, Festival of Flight, the Fair, the list goes on. I’m sure you may have had your own preferences too, but either way, I will really miss all these fun events.

Nothing will replace the magic of Club Penguin Rewritten. No other private server or game has such an incredible variety and flow of content, with an amazing community, backed by a trustworthy and professional team who genuinely care. To the Club Penguin Rewritten team, thank you so much.

It’s really been such a fun game to blog about too and really an honour to have helped quite a few people. I’ve loved every single moment and whilst this isn’t the end of this blog yet, I will really miss Club Penguin Rewritten.

I know that you might not be here for the next part of the journey, but I sincerely hope that you find something you enjoy, and I wish you the best of luck at whatever you do next. Thank you, and waddle on.

Club Penguin Rewritten: Scrapped Concepts & Ideas

One of the saddest things about Club Penguin Rewritten’s closure is the huge potential which it still carried, and there were lots of amazing things that would have fulfilled this.

A few days ago, Hagrid shared some of the which the team had been working on before the closure. In March, there were plans for an event where users could submit art for them to be sculptures in-game, as well as the Puffle Party! However, there was also so much more planned.

Elite Penguin Force:

After Operation Blackout when the EPF and PSA HQ were destroyed, there were huge plans for when rebuilding finished. Whilst we will never get to see them in-game, this is absolutely true, with an entire custom room being built to replace the old one!

This room never appeared on Club Penguin, yet looks extremely cool, with training areas that were very popular in Operation Blackout, meeting areas and even the Tube Transport!

It didn’t just stop there though, there were already plans for a new “mission system”. This likely would mean something similar to the PSA missions, perhaps which were even completely new!

These would’ve been so cool to experience but we did get a small picture of the new system and it looks incredible.

Grey Puffle:

With the Puffle Party planned for March before the closure, the team were planning to release a new custom puffle, the Grey Puffle!

The amazing thing about this was that the grey puffle wouldn’t just be a puffle with its colour changed. It had a whole new personality, preferences and a backstory! Even it’s colour palette has been adjusted, with a lavender tongue and eyebrows!

I really like the fact it can disappear, as well as the fact that the team planned to introduce a rumour related to Card Jitsu with this puffle too.

There’s more too! A toy action was also going to be introduced with this puffle, where it would knit a scarf and then bite it viciously. It looks extremely well-made and it would’ve been so cool to see this in-game!

I really love how they went so far with this to turn it into a puffle with a great design who actually has a personality!

Card Jitsu:

An absolutely awesome addition to the game would’ve been a Card Jitsu leaderboard, especially due to how successful and fun the Cart Surfer leaderboard was. In fact, there was even a concept for one!

The leaderboard probably would have ranked people depending on how many games they won in a certain time period, with there being rewards of a pin and postcard similar to Cart Surfer by reaching third place. This is how the concept looks like!

I wasn’t expecting this to happen, but this concept looks incredible and really wish it could’ve been a reality.

Whilst this concept does look absolutely amazing, the team were actually already working on something much bigger too: Card Jitsu Fire and the Fire Dojo!

Card Jitsu Fire is a really fun game which will probably be familiar to you from classic CP. Being able to play it on Rewritten has been a huge request, and it could’ve been a reality! In fact, the team were even trying to see if they could do Card Jitsu Snow!

St. Patrick’s Day Items:

St Patrick’s Day is a party which was celebrated in 2017 on Club Penguin Rewritten, however this year, the team had something even more special planned!

The pictures below are designs of custom items, meaning they would have never before been seen! Lots of penguins loved these custom items, so it’s a shame we won’t be seeing it in-game.

A picture of a surfboard concept was also shared, likely for Catchin’ Waves. It looks really cool and completely custom! This is how it looks like.

New blog design:

One of the things planned for just after the anniversary of Club Penguin Rewritten in February was a new homepage, which looked extremely fresh and cool!

It had a familiar design, yet still somehow looked so much better. Some pictures of the design were shared too!

Along with a redesigned home page, there would also be a new community section which replaced the current one. In comparison, I personally find this one a lot more fresh and better, yet I still love that it is familiar to the released one!

All of these concepts and ideas look incredible, and I so wish that we would’ve been able to experience another fantastic year on Club Penguin Rewritten. I’m really glad that they were shared though as they look so cool!

There will be one more post about CP Rewritten on this blog, but thank you very much for reading!
