CP Rewritten Times: Issue #85 – Christmas Party
A new edition of the Club Penguin Rewritten Times has been released, containing some information on the Christmas Party starting tomorrow!
For the best experience, I would recommend reading the paper for yourself online, but as always, I will try to summarise all the news!

This paper revealed:
- The Christmas Party begins tomorrow, December 20th
- It’ll contain a lot, including a party catalog, and also another way to earn prizes which we’ll need to “work together for”
- A new pin will be hidden tomorrow
- On December 27th, Coins for Change will end but a New Year’s Countdown will begin
Sadly, tomorrow is also going to be the closure of Club Penguin Island. I’d highly recommend playing the game online one last time, and I hope to make a post on it too (I’ve been struggling with the wording so far…).

CP Rewritten: Christmas Party Construction Begins
The Christmas Party will start on Thursday, but construction has already begun across the island to give it a more festive feel!
You’ll hear some Holiday music across the island, but you’ll also see some boxes. There’s also a few rooms with minor decorations, such as the Coffee Shop and Pizza Parlor.

Also, if you head to the Dance Lounge, you’ll see a huge sled being built there. It definitely seems (though not confirmed) that Santa’s Sled will be making a return this month, as the team even updated their social media banner to it!
Santa’s Sled is the game in which you need to push a button at the right time to try and get prizes into chimneys.

Coins for Change has also begun, and you can donate at the Captain’s Quarters in the Migrator. I’m really excited for the Christmas Party, as it seems the team have a lot planned!

CP Rewritten: Rockhopper Arrives – December 2018
View the Rockhopper tracker here
The Migrator has docked on Club Penguin Rewritten at the Beach! It contains a new selection of rare items and the return of the noticeboard, but in order to access this, you will need Rockhopper’s key.
If you’ve not already obtained the key, head to the Book Room and read the “Journal of Captain Rockhopper”. You will find the key on the last page so you can explore all the Migrator!

Rockhopper’s Rare Items have been updated for this month, and can be found by clicking the bottom right icon at the Ship Hold!
Everyone can receive the Coins for Change background for free, which looks really cool, but there are no secrets in this catalog. You can then proceed into the Captain’s Hold! The Notice Board has also been updated, themed with Christmas.

From the notice board, it seems like we’re going to get this design where the coins increase over time for the Beacon and Lighthouse during this Christmas Party, but this is not confirmed.
This was a really nice touch, where the coins would gradually fill the Lighthouse!

Talking of coins, Coins for Change has returned! You can donate in the Captain’s Quarters, and you’ll also be able to play Treasure Hunt there. If you donate, you will receive the Coins for Change 2018 Pin.
There’s a whole load of Christmas and Holiday decorations all around the ship too!

That concludes everything on the Migrator, though there are many cool decorations across the ship to explore! Rockhopper is confirmed to be visiting this month, and you can view a tracker for him here.

A new edition of the Club Penguin Rewritten Times has been released, containing a huge amount of news (not on Card Jitsu Fire anymore either!) such as details on the Christmas Party and Coins for Change!
For the best experience, I would recommend reading the paper for yourself online as there’s a cool little igloo activity too, but as always, I’ll summarise the news!

This paper revealed that:
- Rockhopper will dock tomorrow, bringing a variety of new items and Treasure Hunt
- Coins for Change is expected to also begin tomorrow
- A new Furniture & Igloo catalog will be released tomorrow
- On December 20th, the Christmas Party will begin, and it’s going to be even bigger than last year!
- A new pin will also be hidden on December 20th
December is always a fun month, and it really seems like it’s going to be this year too! In case you missed it, the team are also going to be holding a meet-up soon, and you can learn more on the official blog here.

CP Rewritten: Tree Mob Stamp this Month
If you have enough penguins wearing just the Tree Costume and dancing in December, it’s possible to earn the Tree Mob Stamp.
This hasn’t been added quite yet, but the team have confirmed that it’ll be fixed either before or during the Christmas Party later this month.

I promise I’ll be getting this stamp fixed before or during our Christmas Party, we’re just focusing on (CJ Fire) bug fixes right now!
-stu, Club Penguin Rewritten administrator
Along with this, it was also confirmed that the next newspaper will contain some details on the Christmas Party too.

A small teaser has been given regarding the events of Club Penguin Rewritten in December. Last night, Joee (an administrator), said the following:
We’ve got some big plans for next month in general. Big plans.
Quite a lot has already been revealed about December already, but here’s a quick summary of the main events:
- The Christmas Party will be returning
- An advent calendar will also be present next month
- Coins for Change is planned to happen too

December is always an exciting month on Club Penguin, and this year will hopefully be no different! Thank you very much for reading, waddle on!

CP Rewritten: December Party Details
A couple of cool details have been released about the Club Penguin Rewritten party planned for December, which was revealed by the administrator Joee!
This is what he revealed:
- It will be a Christmas Party (note: not a Holiday Party)
- The team have already started planning for the event
- The name won’t restrict elements from the Holiday Party (more modern parties)
- Like last year, Christmas will be the “core”, but it’s not just a Christmas Party
The holiday season has always been an iconic time for Club Penguin, and it seems like this year’s Christmas Party will be no exception to that!

CP Rewritten: Arctic White Colour (Day 25)
Merry Christmas everyone! The final gift in the Advent Calendar is now avaliable to obtain at the Forest on Club Penguin Rewritten…it is a colour, Arctic White!

Many players love this colour and others are disappointed, but it’s a nice conclusion to the Advent Calendar. Over the last few days, we’ve received so many cool items from clothing to backgrounds to igloos and now even a colour!
Maybe soon, we’ll even get maroon! Thank you very much for reading, be sure to check back for more of the latest news and guides!

CP Rewritten: Gingerbread House Igloo (Day 24)
Day 24 of the Advent Calendar is out now in the Forest on Club Penguin Rewritten! Today’s gift is an igloo, the Gingerbread House Igloo! Unfortunately, it is quite expensive at 2100 coins.

Simply head to the Forest and click the number 24 window on the Advent Calendar and press “Yes”. Although it’s expensive, the igloo is super cool and will be added to your inventory when bought! This is how it looks like without furniture.

It’s unfortunate that we need to pay for this item, but definitely does look really cool so I would consider buying it before it’s gone!

CP Rewritten: Christmas Scarf (Day 23)
Day 23 of the Advent Calendar is out now in the Forest on Club Penguin Rewritten! Today’s item is the Christmas Scarf, which has been highly requested to return by the community. Now it can finally be obtained!

Simply head to the Forest and click the number 23 window on the Advent Calendar. Since this item has been so heavily requested and looks so cool, and we still have two more windows left, I’m extremely excited to see what the remaining gifts could be!
