CP Rewritten: Bambadee Not Being Considered
There have been a series of recent rumours across the island that Bambadee could be added as a mascot on Club Penguin Rewritten, especially now that Rockhopper is visiting the island.
For those unaware, Bambadee is the stowaway from Rockhopper’s exploration and he created the Friendship Bracelet. Many have been wondering if he would, as such, become a mascot with a stamp. This is not currently planned. Just over a year ago, the team did confirm changes to mascots were always being considered.

“We’re not considering adding Bambadee”
-stu, Club Penguin Rewritten administratorThe team did not rule out adding Bambadee in the future, citing that it could be considered one day, however I will let you know if more is revealed! I just wanted to share this as I know many have been curious about this character.

CP Rewritten: 150th Newspaper Pin
It’s the 150th edition of the Club Penguin Rewritten Times, and the Boiler Room is decorated to celebrate! A code is also available for the Newspaper Hat, and you can find more about that here.
This post relates to the 150th Newspaper Pin, which can be found at the Boiler Room by clicking the bottom left of the green drawers, and then clicking the pin.

The Boiler Room also has a series of balloons to celebrate the 150th issue! It is entirely possible that Aunt Arctic could visit for this event, and her tracker can be found here.

CP Rewritten Times: Issue #150 – Fashion Voting
A new edition of the Club Penguin Rewritten Times and wow, it is packed with information! It is also the 150th edition, so there’s a few celebrations going on for that, but I’ll mention that in a separate post.
For the best experience, I would recommend reading the paper for yourself online as it always contains a variety of cool things such as artwork, but as always, I will summarise the news revealed.

This edition reveals:
- The Fashion Party starts tomorrow. It will involve voting for your favourite outfits, and a secret guest (almost certainly Dot)
- On March 26th, the April Fools Party will begin
- A new pin will be hidden, and Rockhopper will depart, on March 26th
So much exciting stuff is coming to Club Penguin Rewritten this month, so there’s definitely a lot to look forward to, especially the Fashion Party!

CP Rewritten: PSA Missions Available for All
As Club Penguin Rewritten is seeing a surge of players due to the coronavirus outbreak, the team have decided to temporarily make all the PSA missions available for all players, irrespective of their penguin’s age.
Previously, your penguin would need to be 30 days old to join the PSA. If you’re wanting to join, click here to find a guide on how to do so! There are also plenty of guides online to each individual mission, but they’re fun to complete by yourself too – some are super tricky!

Once you sign up to the PSA, you’ll be able to stay in it for good, so I’d definitely recommend joining now if you’re under 30 days old; you’ll even get a monthly paycheck!

CP Rewritten: Something Special for St. Patrick’s
The St. Patrick’s Day Party is currently ongoing on Club Penguin Rewritten! Although it’s just a mini-event, many have been wondering if something special will occur to celebrate the actual day which occurs tomorrow.
The team have now said that they’re hoping to do something special tomorrow, but can’t make any promises.

We hope to have something special for the day of St Patrick’s Day but no promises.
-stu, Club Penguin Rewritten administratorIt’s possible that it could be a code, or maybe even a visit from Petey K like in 2017, but it could also just be nothing. Furthermore, it has been confirmed that no additional rooms will be decorated for the mini-event.

CP Rewritten: St. Patrick’s Day Party 2020
The St. Patrick’s Day Party has begun on Club Penguin Rewritten! It’s a fairly small event; although the Mine Shack was initially planned to be decorated, both the Plaza and the Town are too.
As part of this event, you can explore these three rooms and purchase the Patty’s Hat! It is rumoured that Petey K could visit, as he did in 2017 for this event, but he’s not been confirmed (or even hinted) to visit.

The one item which can be obtained is at the Mine Shack located on a tree stump and is the Patty’s Hat. Although the sign next to the hat claims its free, it actually costs 350 coins to purchase.

As this is a mini-event, it’s only going to last a week; the Fashion Party is the main event for this month! Thank you for reading, waddle on!

CP Rewritten: Fashion Party Likely on Thursday
Earlier today, some news was given that Rockhopper will be leaving the island on March 26th, which you can read about here. It was also confirmed that Rockhopper would be visiting through the Fashion Party.
As such, assuming there is no deviation from the typical update calendar where updates are typically released on a Thursday, that would effectively confirm the Fashion Party to start on 19th March.

This does not change the Fashion Party date. Rockhopper’s ship will be around for it, too!
-stu, a Club Penguin Rewritten administrator, effectively confirming that the Fashion Party begins on ThursdaySome more definitive information will be revealed in Wednesday’s newspaper, and I’ll let you know if anything else is revealed in the meantime, but I just wanted to share in case you were interested!

CP Rewritten: Rockhopper Visit Extended by a Week
Rockhopper will be extending his time on the island, so that he’ll be leaving the island on March 26th! This is the result of the recent coronavirus outbreak, where the team are trying to provide more enjoyable opportunities for those self-isolating.
It was also confirmed that Rockhopper will be visiting today (Sunday).

Due to the recent events and self-isolation in need for many, Rockhopper is extending his visit by a week to keep you company!
Make sure you’re logged in this weekend, especially Sunday and during the week to see him!
-stu, Club Penguin Rewritten administratorFor those unaware, you can check out Rockhopper’s background which he is visiting with this month here! Also, make sure to stay safe with regards to the recent outbreak by following government advice and frequently washing your hands for 20 seconds with soap and warm water.
Best of luck meeting him; there will be plenty of visits!
