CP Island: Talk Like a Pirate Day – Igloo Sneak Peek
Yesterday was Talk Like a Pirate Day, and unfortunately I’m a day late as I’ve been super busy this week! However, I still wanted to make this article as we got a little sneak peek of the new Island Central area! You can read the official blog post here.
So about that little sneak peek, one of the screenshots in the post was on the new 1.7 version, and we could very clearly see something to do with Island Central. This is rumoured to be the train station!
It appears that in the image above, we can see a new building (or multiple of them) and even some rails. For those who aren’t aware, the team have already shared a sneak peek of something similar to a train, and I’m pretty certain that these trains will be running along that line we can see.
Note the igloo on the the door of the left carriage! The image also appears to contain a clock and we can get an idea of the scale of how big Island Central is going to be – it’s almost as tall as the mountain! That’s definitely the biggest area so far, and I’m really excited!

CP Island: Halloween Dark Sky Possibility
A Halloween Event will be coming to Club Penguin Island next month, and many players are hoping it’ll be the biggest event yet! A major element of the party in classic CP was the dark sky, and Joe has suggested that it “might just return”.
I’d like to give a huge thank you to Cookiezitto for allowing me to use this screenshot of his!
I’m really hoping that we will see the Dark Sky return as that will be a HUGE element of what is hopefully an exciting event on Club Penguin Island! The more requests the team get for it’s return, I’m guessing the more likely it will be implemented, and so many players have asked for the dark sky to be around!

CP Island: No September Update & Interior Rooms Info.
As originally suspected, it has now been confirmed that the 1.7 update for Club Penguin Island will be coming in October, meaning there will not be an update in September. Joe posted the news on Twitter!

CP Island: Island Central – Franky’s Pizza
The new City Centre which is coming next month, originally believed to be the Town, has been revealed! The official name has been confirmed to be Island Central area and above we can see a detailed version of what it will look like on the map.
In this post, I thought I’d go through some of the speculation for the new area, starting with the image above. On the left, we see what I assume is the transportation station to igloos, with three unknown buildings being on the right. One looks a lot like the Puffle Hotel, and what’s that building on the far left? These are all mysteries which I suspect will be uncovered within the next month!
The detailed sneak peeks we received today were of Franky’s, the new pizza place which will be coming with the Island Central area. It appears that this will be a sort of in-door like room, and my guess is that a lot of the items here (including seating) will be interactive, which is super cool!
The other thing to note is the music! Franky was a musician, and it appears that he will be coming over to Club Penguin Island, but spicing up his personality a bit with some…pizza? I’m really liking this area so far, and I can’t wait to see more sneak peeks soon! I’m really hoping for some sort of water fountain, mainly because they just look cool, but I’m also hyped to explore what’s around! Be sure to check back for more information regarding Club Penguin Island!

CP Island: Igloo Furniture Sneak Peek

CP Island: Event Adventures Coming for All
Something REALLY cool has just been announced – event adventures coming for all players in a future update! To me, these sound like quests, but the concept sounds amazing!

This seems extremely familiar to classic Club Penguin’s parties, so I can’t wait to see what these event adventures will be. Could we possibly be helping Rookie in Halloween? Maybe something for Winter? Only time will tell, but that sounds really exciting!

CP Island: Free Games, Decals and Hat this Weekend
The Club Penguin Island team have announced that the membership bug has been fixed, allowing everyone to purchase membership again, and that members will be received and that members will be receiving free party games, decals and a new special hat!
Update: Players will receive 5 of each party game and “The Most Fun” hat.

CP Island: We are the Penguins Music Video
The first official Club Penguin Island music video has been released, and it’s received a bit of controversy due to the renders. Here’s the full video which was posted!
Truthfully, Club Penguin music videos and their animations were far better, but I completely understand how having a smaller team and budget can influence the quality of these videos.
It does appear that Cadence Adventures could potentially be coming soon and I think her redesign in-game will look pretty cool! This was an emoji of her which does suggest adventures regarding here might be coming soon! Is this the purple mascot which is missing on the level-up button?

CP Island: Igloo Texture Revealed?
Club Penguin Island player Pen50gi claims to have found and has kindly shared what appears to be an igloo texture. Here’s the image which he posted!
Although this means nothing to me and could be fake, it’s still interesting to see so I figured that it was worth it to post. It appears that we can see some cool patterns, but I’d just like to make clear that this is not official!
