Although sadly the recent updates have been delayed (though the team are hoping to release them today) some more news has been revealed.
This time, the Club Penguin Rewritten team stated that the Fair should be starting “shortly after” the Penguin Games ends, unlike last time where there was a gap of a few weeks!
Kyle: So wait…when the Penguin Games and Snow Race ends does that mean that the Fair will begin right after or shortly after?
Club Penguin Rewritten team: Shortly after— like pretty quick, so it’s actually packed with content! We’ll be making sure to focus on the fair as best as we can and make a lot of fun twists with it.
This sounds very exciting, and I’m glad that the bugs which previously occurred won’t return! The team also stated that they are trying to get their schedule back on track again, after several recent delays with updates.
In case you’ve not already met Rookie or Rory, don’t worry! stu (an administrator) has confirmed there will be “plenty of changes” to meet at least Rookie today.

He said the following earlier, but please note this was after Rookie visited today, but before Rory visited again today (both on Blizzard). Therefore, Rory is still only very likely to visit again, not confirmed.

A new edition of the Club Penguin Rewritten Times has been released, announcing the winners of the Penguin Games!
Although not much new information was revealed, the paper is really cool, so I would highly recommend checking it out for yourself online. However, as always, I will try and summarise the news!
Part of the paper revealed the winners for the Penguin Games! These were likely based off the amount of points each team got in the Sled Racing leaderboard.
Blue team – 389,630 points
Red team – 221,765 points
Before revealing the news, the “Secrets” section of the paper is very misleading. I’d like to emphasise that you cannot use real-life toys to earn items on Club Penguin Rewritten!
However, a new Stage Play, pin and clothing catalog will be released later today, along with the Sled Racing stamps. Next week a new Furniture Catalog will be released, and the Fair is occurring this month too.
Hi everyone, this is just a super quick update to let you know that Rory was on the server Blizzard and also had a new background! His visit was really fun, as Rory explored the island and talked with other penguins!

He foreshadowed Rory visiting, explored the Mountain, was very humorous and just generally was a lot of fun to meet! He had his same background of him in the Box Dimension.

The iconic game, Card Jitsu Fire, is likely to be releasing this month on Club Penguin Rewritten!
This news was revealed a few days ago, but I only noticed it today when Hey Penguin3 kindly pointed out that some information was revealed on the game’s official Twitter, stating that they are planning to be “working fully” on the game “within a month or so”.
We’re planning working fully on Card-Jitsu Fire within a month or so.

The Penguin Games is on now until Thursday, and it seems the team have hidden a bit of a secret in the clothing catalog recently!
This has been quietly done recently, but seems to be intentional given the ongoing event on the island! You can now purchase the Yellow Tracksuit for 400 coins.
Update: It is now too late to get this item via this method
It’s replaced the First Mate’s Outfit, so you can head to the first page and click the left eye of the orange penguin, you’ll be able to purchase it.
Note: It seems you need to click “Buy” for it to actually appear. You may have it as it was around last year too!
