CP Rewritten: New Coin “Jobs” Added

As you may know, it’s currently possible to obtain coins by drilling at the Cave Mine. This involves wearing just the Construction Vest and dancing, but you need to move locations every few seconds or re-dance in order to keep earning coins. However, this system has now been extended to the following rooms:

  • Pizza Parlor (requires Chef’s Hat and Pizza Apron)
  • Coffee Shop (requires Coffee Apron)
  • Pet Shop (requires Pet Shop Apron)

Similar to drilling at the Cave Mine, you simply need to wear the apron in the corresponding room, and dancing will earn you some coins! The concept is based on the idea of “tips” for more jobs on the island, so it’s an easy way to earn some coins while talking in different rooms.

Thank you very much for reading, be sure to check back for more of the latest Club Penguin Rewritten news and guides! (and thanks to Trevchris007 for some of the extra information in here!)

Waddle on!

Based on what the admins said, the information you’ve given is accurate, but you have to wear the chef hat along with the pizza apron. It’s not enough to just dance with the apron. You actually have to toss the pie in the air. This may change, but that’s how it is right now. Only one coin amount pops up per special dance (unlike digging wherein several coin amounts pop up before you have to dig in a new location). To earn more coins you have to keep pressing the dance function. For example, after coffee is served, you have to repeat the process to get more coins. (I haven’t tried the Pet Shop Apron, but I assume you have to keep serving food (Puffle-O’s) to earn more coins.) Since pie tossing is continuous, you just keep pressing the dance function to get more coins.

The pirate plot is fascinating. If admins get it right, Swarm could rival Blackout.

Nice, thank you – I’ll update the post with that information! It’s definitely difficult to rival Blackout, but a developed plot-line certainly makes it promising that they could…

I don’t know what a pet shop apron is, but the prehistoric pizza chef dress-up (stone chef’s hat and tattered-hide pizza apron, as opposed to white chef’s hat and “modern” pizza apron) doesn’t work in Pizza shop 🙁

(Re: prehistoric pizza suit not working – not that you don’t toss the mega-pizza-base fit for a T-Rex, you just don’t get any coins. So, it works, but not for money.)

Will check out the new catalogue… sometime. Need money, first 😀
