CP Rewritten: Penguin Play Awards Construction Begins
The Penguin Play Awards will be starting from February 14th on Club Penguin Rewritten with there going to be votes in five different categories: Best Play, Set, Music, Special Effects and Costumes.
The event will mostly be located around the Plaza, however the construction for the event has begun! If you head to the Plaza, you will find some building work being carried out around the Stage!
Along with this, the Stage now has some decorations in construction for the Penguin Play Awards coming very soon!
Rory could also be visiting for the construction, especially as he is confirmed to visit this month, so be sure to check this mascot tracker for an increased chance in meeting him! Be sure to check back for more of the latest news and guides, thank you very much for reading!

CP Rewritten: New Homepage Design Coming Soon!
A new sneak peek has been released featuring a new home page which will be live shortly after February 12th, which is Club Penguin Rewritten’s anniversary!
It looks absolutely amazing and fresh, whilst still featuring some familiar elements. The new changes are the logos and the penguin on the top, which I think suits the home page really well, as well as some boxes on the bottom showcasing some of the many things to do on the island!
This change will be permanent later this month, and I am really glad as it looks incredible! I’m also very curious if any other changes will be significantly updated.
The team called this a “little sneak peek”, but there will be a new community section too! Perhaps we could even see a completely redesigned Community Page which features fan art and more, just like on the original game?

CP Rewritten: Newspaper #48 Coming Today/Early Tomorrow
Usually, the newspaper is released every Tuesday on Club Penguin Rewritten, however it hasn’t been released quite just yet, along with the other updates!
The good news is that an administrator, stu, has confirmed that the newspaper will “likely” be out today or early tomorrow. This will probably come with the other updates, including a new furniture catalog and the start of construction for the Penguin Play Awards.
Another administrator, hagrid, said that these updates might be delayed, but this is because the team are busy with something. Maybe this could even be new content?

CP Rewritten: Free Hat to be at the Anniversary Party
Whilst this news isn’t too surprising, it has been officially confirmed that, along with a yearbook, there will be a hat available at the Anniversary Party next week!
An administrator, stu, confirmed the news today, saying that the hat will be free.
The hat will most probably look like the one below, which is the Beta Hat, however the colours on it will be different. The Coffee Shop will also likely be decorated in the colour theme of the anniversary hat!
I’m really excited to be able to see the Anniversary Party next week! The decorations were extremely memorable on classic, so to be able to see a cool new party with a cake, yearbook and a hat exclusive to Club Penguin Rewritten will be amazing! The event will start on Monday 12th February.

CP Rewritten: Rory is not a Great Snow Maze Mascot
After confusion due to a mixture of dates, information from the Club Penguin Rewritten Times and community rumours, it was believed by many that Rory would be visiting for the Great Snow Maze which ends today.
Recently, an administrator (stu) has confirmed that Rory is not a mascot for the maze. As such, he is not confirmed to visit today.
The good news is that Rory still is confirmed to visit throughout the month! This is due to the EPF construction taking place in the Ski Village, so it is still possible he could visit today.
Along with this, Rory could visit during any construction. Along with the EPF construction, the Penguin Play Awards will have some construction later this month. It seems that there will be plenty of opportunities to meet Rory because of this!

CP Rewritten: Find Four has Returned!
After a few months of waiting, Find Four has returned to Club Penguin Rewritten and you can now play against other penguins!
You can play the new game at the Ski Lodge and the Lodge Attic! The goal is to get four counters in a row, whether it be diagonal, vertical or horizontal. The winner receives 20 coins!
The game is extremely cool, so I’m really glad to see it return! As well as this, the team have been “working harder than ever” on mini-games! Mancala will being returning soon, but I can’t wait to see what else is planned.

CP Rewritten: Rory not to visit this Friday
Several penguins have been anticipating Rory’s visit during the Great Snow Maze, which lasts until February 4th!
During a brief party in hagrid’s (an administrator) igloo, he confirmed that Rory would not be visiting today. He also confirmed that his announcement was not a joke in the CPR server.
As such, Rory will most probably be visiting Club Penguin Rewritten during the weekend or on Monday! For an increased chance in meeting him, be sure to check out a tracker here.

CP Rewritten: New Video in Early February
A new Club Penguin Rewritten video will be coming in early February, as confirmed by the administrator stu. Along with this, the “Save the Island” series from November will get a conclusion in the future.
Since the anniversary of CP Rewritten is on February 12th, it is likely that the video will relate to the first year of the game! There will also be a new yearbook, cake and likely decorations for this event!

CP Rewritten: Toboggan Pin Location – February 2018
A new pin has been hidden on Club Penguin Rewritten until February 14h! As always, I will help you to find its location so you can collect it!
This pin is the Toboggan and it is located in the Forest. There you will find the pin by the trees in the centre of the room. Simply click it to obtain it!
To obtain this pin, click it and then click “Yes”. It will be then be added to your inventory so that you can wear it as well as your stampbook! If someone is blocking it, I would suggest going on a less empty server to obtain it!
