CP Rewritten: Aunt Arctic Busy with Something

    October 21, 2019 /

Interestingly, the Club Penguin Rewritten team responded to a question with a peculiar clause that could have many interpretations, or indeed could just be nothing.

I wanted to share it with you in case you have any thoughts yourself.

I’m unable to get an answer from Aunt Arctic at the moment, she seems busy with something else…strangely enough, it’s not to do with the Club Penguin Times!

    -Club Penguin Rewritten team

This could be nothing, but it does seem peculiar to include, and suggests that something involving Aunt Arctic could happen soon. To me, it indicates that Aunt Arctic could be visiting for the 14th Anniversary Party, which starts tomorrow, especially since she has previously visited for such an event.

Ultimately though, it could be nothing, but I thought it was worth sharing in case you had any thoughts on it! Thank you for reading, waddle on!

CP Rewritten Field-Ops: Cold Statue (October 2019)

    October 17, 2019 /

Herbert is plotting something, and a decommissioned spy phone has been attempting to hack into the EPF mainframe. To prevent this, we have a new Field-Op to solve!

Just as a quick reminder, in order to access Field-Ops, you need to go to the EPF HQ and visit the yellow screen on the right. You do not need to go the EPF HQ to complete the Field-Op though, you can just head to the room below.

To complete this, head over to the Mine Shack, specifically to the statue to the right of the mine. Waddle to the snow statue there, near the flowers, where my penguin is in the image below.

Your spy phone will turn green and start bleeping. Click it!

The challenge this time is to Break the Code!. As this varies for each player, I can’t show you exactly how to do this, but I can give you my recommended tactic.

Start your first turn by doing one of each symbol. For your second turn, keep the green shapes but change the yellow shapes to be one apart. Change the red ones to be completely apart, until eventually you end up with four green.

Gary will then thank you and announce that he’s suspecting Herbert is plotting something…

The following Spy Phone messages have also been sent out, suggesting something bad is about to occur!

It’s just as I thought, Herbert definitely has some role in these encrypted signals that we’ve detected. We have to be cautious at all times, for who knows what he could be planning. -Gary

G, what does this flashing light mean? I think it means something bad…Like really bad. -Rookie

ROOKIE…! GADZOOKS! Agents, please come to the Field-Ops terminal right away. There’s no time to waste. This is an emergency. -Gary

A new edition of the Club Penguin Rewritten Times has been released ahead of the Halloween Party, providing more detail on the Night of the Living Sled and revealing the date of the Anniversary Party.

For the best experience, I would recommend reading the paper for yourself online as it always contains a variety of cool things such as artwork, but as always, I will summarise the news revealed.

    This paper revealed:

    • Gary has a secret lab which could be accessible for the Halloween Party, which starts October 24th
    • The Night of the Living Sled will be released later today
    • The Anniversary Party (for classic Club Penguin) starts October 22nd – the Iceberg will be tippable for this

CP Rewritten: Iceberg to be Tipped this Month

    October 12, 2019 /

In the past, it’s been possible to tip the Iceberg, but only on rare occasions such as the Anniversary Party. Usually, there’s an item hidden underneath it, along with a colourful dance floor.

It’s now been confirmed that during the 14th Anniversary Party of classic Club Penguin this month, it will be possible to tip the Iceberg once again by drilling on it.

The Iceberg when tipped last year in October 2018

If you didn’t get a chance to tip the Iceberg already, this is exciting news, as it’s rare for the Iceberg to be tippable (it was in the Anniversary and Waddle On Party).

Thank you very much for reading, be sure to check back for more of the latest Club Penguin Rewritten news and guides!

CP Rewritten Field-Ops: Books (October 2019)

    October 11, 2019 /

Earlier today, Gary and Jet Pack Guy sent out two messages on the EPF spy phone, and a new Field-Op was released! It seems like Klutzy and Herbert could be planning something…

This code too is definitely from some kind of crab, I am 98.9 percent certain. Could Herbert have some role in this? -Gary

I’ll go out to patrol the island for any signs of him. Be back shortly. -Jet Pack Guy

Just as a quick reminder, in order to access Field-Ops, you need to go to the EPF HQ and visit the yellow screen on the right. This one is about a signal in a room with a lot of books!

Once you’ve done this, head over to the Book Room, above the Coffee Shop. Waddle to the piece of paper beneath the books, where my penguin is in the image below.

Gary will then thank you and announce that he is getting close at figuring out what is going on!

    This paper reveals:

    • Gary is planning an “alpha phase of something incredible”, which seems to be the living sled and likely is a reference to the Night of the Living Sled stage play

    • The Halloween Party starts October 24th
