The Summer Luau, along with the Summer Games, is currently ongoing on Club Penguin Rewritten from now until September 5th! This post will provide a guide to the party, including the items and some of the amazing rooms to check out.
It does seem contextually likely that a mascot will visit for this party, but no indication has been given yet on if this is the case. 🐙

CP Rewritten Times: Issue #119 – Summer Luau
A new edition of the Club Penguin Rewritten Times has been released, announcing the conclusion of the Medieval Party and the defeat of the Dragon Queen, along with the next event on the island!
For the best experience, I would recommend reading the paper for yourself online as it always contains a variety of cool things such as artwork, but as always, I will summarise the news revealed.
This paper revealed:
- The Dragon Queen has been defeated and the Medieval Party is now over! For the Medieval Party igloo contest, the results will be released next week. Learn more.
- On August 22nd, a new postcard selection and a new Stage play will be released
- August 29th will be the date of the new pin, and the day the Summer Luau releases. It’s been described as a “relaxing event”
As such, it seems that the next party is going to be the Summer Luau! Last year, the Summer Luau was quite a small event which only really covered two rooms.
It’s not known yet if this year the Summer Luau is going to be another mini-event like last year, or a full-scale party, but I’ll let you know when more details are released! As a reminder though, some summer parties are due to be very custom.
