I’m not really sure if I can help as I’m not staff, but the team should respond to emails within 1-2 days, but it can sometimes been longer. Has it been a significantly long time since you sent the email (and was it to support@cprewritten.net)? If so, I can show your comment to Lataus, but not sure what else can be done, sorry!
