CP Rewritten: Update on September Delays

Earlier today, the Club Penguin Rewritten team released an update in regards to the delay for the Furniture Catalog and the Pet Shop re-design. As you may be aware, this has been caused by an administrator battling medical issues, which has understandably taken priority over in-game content.

This was the statement:

We want to firstly apologise for any delays that might’ve been happening for both the furniture catalogs and puffles, unfortunately, one of our developers who works alongside another staff member became very unwell. Said staff member is recovering at this moment and as this happens, we will eventually be releasing these updates.
I would also like to point out that we take IRL [in-real-life] matters more seriously, and we urge those demanding for these content drops to please be patient with us. I would also like to mention that the Fair is still being worked on by the other staff member mentioned and we do hope to release the Fair on the same week it is supposed to drop so we can then get started on our Halloween fun. I also thank those community members that got together to create a get well soon [card] for our staff, it was very sweet and it has not gone unnoticed.
I hope to also release an item code to compensate these delays.

It effectively just understandably urges patience, although the team did also express their desire to release a code for an item at some point to express their apologies for the delay. However, I know that many people have been curious about when the new update will be released, so I just wanted to share that statement for those curious!
