CP Rewritten: Fair Mystery Prizes Never to Return
The Fair will be ending tonight on Club Penguin Rewritten, which gives a couple of hours for anyone trying to obtain the mystery prizes! However, the team have confirmed that none of the prizes will return in the future. In other words, tonight is the last chance to obtain any of these items.

It’s The Sleepy Head item; the one you’re thinking of might be different, since on classic Club Penguin, this was only available during Funny Hat Week. You could be referring to the Stocking Cap (which is different) maybe?
