CP Rewritten: Gary’s Mountain Expedition Giveaway
Gary has been visiting the island for a bit now, but he was previously offering an older background. That has now changed, and going forward, you’ll be able to obtain Gary’s Mountain Expedition Giveaway by meeting him! It features the Toughest Mountain, and it’s probably something which won’t return for a while once this event is over, so it’s something not to miss.

Although Gary has already held one visit with it, there’ll be plenty more as the Mountain Expedition continues! I’d recommend checking the tracker for the best of chance meeting him.

of course! after you get banned, you typically have a filter on your penguin for a while. do you know how many days the filter lasts? thank you 🙂

I’m not sure if there’ll be additional scheduled meet-up times for Gary, but there’ll definitely be more spontaneous visits at a time which is more suitable for other timezones.

I’m in the pic OMG!! I’m at the far right, my name is turquake 5. Also, I logged on within SECONDS of Gary. The server was at 3 bars. 10 seconds later, it had a 100 long queue.

Hey, I’m unable to log in because “servers are down for maintenance at the moment” even though Gary is online at the moment. Is this because too many people are logged on to CPR? Also, do you know when Gary will stop visiting for the mountain expedition (haven’t gotten this new background yet)? Thank you!

Hi! I realise that I’m responding to this comment after Gary logged off, but the server was pretty empty for that visit (I think it had around two bars towards the end) so I hope that you managed to meet him then in the end. Unfortunately, I’m not sure when Gary will stop visiting for the Mountain Expedition, but I imagine that there’s still plenty more visits to come.

Thanks for your response! I eventually managed to get in AND I managed to get the new background (YAY)! Just kept retrying and it worked in the end. Hope ya’ll get a chance to meet Gary and get that background too, Good Luck~

I just noticed myself in the picture, Hee Hee Boi in the bottom right! Also, thanks for the tracker! I managed to get in and meet him, but I had to wait through a 300+ queue!
