CP Island: Possibility for the Night Sky
There’s a possibility that the Night Sky will be returning for the Halloween Event according to the Club Penguin Island community manager, Joe. https://twitter.com/clubpenguin/status/902325794378096640!
Although this isn’t confirmed, it’ll make the Halloween Event a lot more exciting rather than just a few pumpkins placed around the island. In fact, some community members have made really amazing concepts of how the night sky on the island could look, such as tigerrkid.

CP Island: New Area Construction Sneak Peek
Club Penguin Island’s newest area – rumoured to be the Town in these leaks – will have some construction decorations before it officially releases in a few updates time! These include the crane, which we now have a different angle of.
The team sent this picture of the crane to a fan-account on Twitter, CPI PIX.
In fact some players such as D3spi have noticed that if you look closely, you can kind of see the shadow of a building. Also, what is the crane holding? To me it seems that’s a signpost, but I might be wrong!

CP Island: Kawaii Anime Hair Sneak Peek
As part of the three new levels coming in the Club Penguin Island 1.6 update next monty, we will be getting an Anime Pack. The team posted a black and white sneak peek of some items part of this pack.
Whilst they do look cool, a lot of players are fairly unhappy about this idea and I think the team are short on ideas since they are repeating packs. That being said, it does look cool and I’m sure many players will like it!

CP Island: Big Update News in September
We’ve not received a lot of information regarding key Club Penguin Island features this month (including igloos and puffles) at all, however tigerrkid kindly let me use his screenshot confirming that there will be “big news” in September.
Sgt Sparkles (or Joe) said that “next month is packed with sneak peeks” and hopefully they will be of something big!
Hopefully we will hear about igloos, puffles and the town soon but for now, you check out my post compiling the information community members have discovered in the files!

CP Island 1.6 Update Notes & Release Date Rumour
The Club Penguin Island team have finally posted the 1.6 Update Notes and it turns out that the update will be coming in September! No new information has been revealed from previous leaks.
Everyone can:
- Play the game that’s a stone age craze—Fossil Four!
- Gain XP and make your way to Level 24!
- Improve your skills with Tour Guide signs for gameplay tips!
Members Can:
- Adventure with Rookie to reach Mount Blizzard’s peak—all while earning new emojis and patterns!
- Visit the Disney Shop and grab onto some DuckTales fashion! Woo-oo!
- Choose your style with new designs like anime hair, foodie costumes, and more!

Unfortunately, it does seem like non-members are limited in this update although they will be able to play Fossil Four! It also confirms that puffles and igloos won’t be coming which is disappointing based on how little information has been released and how a lot of this month has been filled with Disney advertisements.
However, I am glad new chapter of Rookie’s Adventures will be coming and the idea of climbing Mt. Blizzard looks awesome! Although we know officially that the update is coming in September, the files suggest that the update will come out on September 6th though this is not confirmed.

CP Island: Sneak Peek of a Crane on Cloudie
In a recent poll posted on the Club Penguin Island blog, the team gave a picture of Cloudie in a future update. Many players have suspected that this is hinting at construction for a new area, the Town!
We’ll see a sneak peek of the Town in a promotional loading screen in the 1.6 update, but could this be hinting at construction for something else? I think it’s cool that the team leave such hints in images but I’m now really curious to know what it is!

Club Penguin Island 1.6 & 1.7 – HUGE LEAKS
A huge amount of leaks for the Club Penguin Island 1.6 and 1.7 update have been revealed overnight, covering igloos, a new area, new mini-games, events, free membership and more!
Some really exciting information has been revealed and I can’t wait to share them with you, however I would like to start by thanking Dj Stores and MrKcyre for all of this exciting news! Be sure to check out Dj’s exciting Club Penguin Island blog here!
Official sneak peek of the new game We start with Find Four…or should I say Fossil Four! It is also possible that this game could also be called “Dino Four”. The winner will receive 30 coins and 5 Aunt Arctic XP and you’ll have 20 seconds to place your chip and try and Connect Four. Second place will earn 20 coins!
Image taken and shared by MrKcyre! Here’s some of the code found for igloos, but it appears that they will not be coming in the 1.6 update and likely not the 1.7 update. However, it does show that the team are working hard to try and get them out soon!
Image taken and shared by MrKcyre! It appears that a new Loading Screen will feature the Town which could potentially mean that a Town will be coming in the 1.7 or 1.8 update! I posted about this a few months ago but it seems the team have definitely made progress developing this new area!
Other new featured marketing load screens will include DuckTales and the new party game. Talking about DuckTales…
1.6 app icon We already know that the Disney Store for 1.6 will be themed around DuckTales, however thanks to Dj Stores we also are now aware that a lot more DuckTales things will be coming, including:
- Scrooge McDuck cane as a gear item
- Items for Scrooge
- Items for Huey
- Items for Louie
- Items for Donald
- Items for Webby
- Items for Dewie
- Items for Launchpad
- New Daily Challenges
Rookie has a whole load of new adventures coming! We already received a sneak peek for chapter two yesterday but now we have some more details, such as Rookie will have three new levels making the new max level 24.
There will be 5 new adventures in Chapter Two and Dj Stores kindly revealed the name of these:
- Peak
- Detector
- Windy
- Make Good
- Colder
As for the rewards, there will be 3 new emojis unlocked from completing these adventures but no new tubes in the 1.6 update! However…there will be 3 new clothing packs too!
- Adorbs Pack
- New Beach Pack
- Food Pack
Alright, this news is extremely exciting but I’ve saved the best for last! The next two things are sure to excite most players…and I mean “most players”. However, please note that the following details are not confirmed and anything could change as these are just leaks from the files which can change.
Starting from 8th September, a random Pizza Event will be held on the island! You will receive the following party supplies:
- 10 Pizza Boxes
- 10 Pizza Planet Boxes
- 5 Pinatas
- 5 Seaweed Smoothie Trays
This seems like a nice little random event which players will enjoy, but there’s still two more to come!
From the 1st of October, Bullying Prevention Month will begin. During this party, we will have a Unity Day with new Daily Challenges! However, there will also be items players get from Bullying Prevention Month Pack on the first of October! These are:
- Orange Friends
- Megaphone
- Orange Heart Emojis
I think the concept of this event is really cool though and a nice way to carry on from the Online Safety: It Starts with You campaign. Hopefully it will continue to bring penguins together!
This logo is not for Club Penguin Island* A few days ago, I made a post sharing that there would be stuff for Halloween. It turns out that from Monday 16th October, the Halloween Event will begin and it will contain new decals and fabrics! That’s all the information we have for now and I’m really hoping to see the island spookily decorated for this event as that would be amazing!
Lastly, and perhaps one of the most exciting things coming for new players and non-members, there will be an All-Access Weekend from Friday 6th October (12am) to Monday 9th October (12am). FREE MEMBERSHIP!
This essentially means that everyone will get membership, meaning that non-members can finally play the adventures to gain some extra XP, wear the clothes they’ve designed, spend coins and everything else a member can do!
This weekend will have it’s own special home theme screen and I hope that the team will advertise this event properly too, as many of the players I’ve asked said they would check out CP Island during this weekend.

No dates have been revealed officially yet though it is still a possibility that the update will be coming in September! We will get official news with the update notes of the 1.6 update this week.

CP Island: Rookie Chapter 2 Adventures Sneak Peek
A new sneak peek has been released in a blog post revealing information about Chapter 2 of Rookie’s Adventures!
We’ve been told that we will need to defend against a Yeti attack and that the new chapter name will be “Get Exposure”. Here’s a screenshot from episode two!
I’m assuming that this will be part of the 1.6 update which is great, as new levels are currently lacking at the moment! The team also released this small sneak peek of some decals coming in the 1.6 update.

Club Penguin Island 1.6 Icon Revealed
The Club Penguin Island 1.6 logo has been revealed on the official Help website! The Disney theme for the new update is DuckTales and as such, the new icon is also related to DuckTales.
Along with this, we’ll also be getting DuckTales outfits and a DuckTales Disney Shop. Although we don’t know when the update will be out, at least we’ve seen the icon now!

CP Island Desktop Version Rumoured & More
A credible source who accurately shared unreleased information of the 1.5 update has suggested, amongst other things, a Club Penguin Island desktop version coming soon as an explanation as to why there have been so little updates recently.
Whilst the desktop version is the most notable information, we also learnt that halloween things will be coming soon along with non-member activities.

Since there’s been a lack of content recently, I do think that a desktop version will benefit Club Penguin Island greatly and I’m pretty certain that this information is true, though it’s not been 100% confirmed yet!
