CP Rewritten: Currently No Plans for Custom Colours
Colours on Club Penguin Rewritten have been surprisingly exciting and cool, from Lavender (thanks Perrythepal for the heads up on this!) winning the colour vote to receiving Arctic White as a Christmas gift!
Earlier today, Rainbert, an artist and staff member for the game, answered a question regarding if we would be getting more colours, saying that there were “not any plans currently”.
Similarly, Rainbert stated the another colour vote, such as the one in June last year, is not likely to happen again due to the previous one being too “hectic”.
Although a colour vote is unlikely, it still could happen in the future, along with the addition of custom penguin colours which we can wear!

CP Rewritten: “Big Focus” on Custom Mascot Backgrounds
During the Waddle on Party, mascots frequently logged on, allowing many people to obtain all the stamps for meeting mascots and as such, making them less rare.
Along with plans to make mascot meet-ups “more fun”, Rainbert (an artist for Club Penguin Rewritten) revealed that the team is “taking a big focus” on creating custom backgrounds for mascots, meaning they will be exclusive to the game and never before seen.
Rainbert also created Rory’s amazing “Thank you” background and at the beginning of this month, he “confirmed” that Rory would have a new background when he next visits the island!
For absolute transparency, I do want to add that an administrator later described this news as “undecided”, however it does seem very likely, especially considering the circumstances and a staff member somewhat confirming it.
I’m really excited to see what other custom mascot backgrounds are planned, since the previous ones (eg. Rory, Dot, Jet Pack Guy, Penguin Band, Aunt Arctic & Rockhopper) have all received really cool custom backgrounds!
I also really hope that whenever a mascot next visits, they have a new background since many players have the current backgrounds as a result of the Waddle on Party. Overall though, this is very exciting news! You can view mascot trackers here.

CP Rewritten: Sensei Visits – 27/04/18
At 12:20 (Penguin Standard Time), Sensei logged on to the server Sleet and visited the island for around half an hour!
He did not have a new background, but he spent time exploring the Earth Day decorations, answering questions, interacting, playing games and at one point, he even seemed to hint at the grey puffle.
This visit was tracked by the Sensei tracker, including the specific location of rooms, and you can view proof of that here. Thank you very much for reading, good luck meeting any other mascots which log on!

CP Rewritten: Grey Puffle Stone Statues Moving
Something quite strange is occurring on Club Penguin Rewritten! They grey puffle statues have begun to shake a little bit, with many players thinking that this foreshadows the grey puffle coming to the island.
If you go to the Dojo Courtyard, enter the Dojo and then return to the Courtyard, you’ll see the puffle on your left will begin to shake around for a bit after a couple of seconds!
The Puffle Party is due to begin on May 9th, and the team shared previous concepts for the grey puffle which you can view here. In fact, you can even see it in-game on Rory’s background! As a result, it is a common theory that this is a hint at the grey puffles coming to the island this month, but this is not confirmed.
What do you think that the grey puffles moving could mean? Thank you very much for reading, be sure to check back for more of the latest news and guides!

The Earth Day Party is currently on at Club Penguin Rewritten, but it is a one day event! There are lots of cool costumes, items and things to explore, and this guide will offer demonstrations for everything!
Across the island, there are locations themed around animals where you can buy their costume. Although it says that they cost 50 coins, there currently is a bug where it costs 400 coins. (Thank you to PlanetPuffle for reminding me of this)
The Snow Leopard Costume can be purchased at the Snow Forts by clicking the box at the bottom.
The African Painted Dog Costume can be purchased at the Dock by clicking the sign near Hydro Hopper.
You can obtain the Outback Exploring Hat for free in a box located at the Plaza.
The Forest has also received some decorations, and a new pin has been hidden on the island which you can read about here! However, this concludes all the new items at the event.

A new pin has been hidden on Club Penguin Rewritten until the 9th of May! As always, I will help you to find its location so you can collect it!
This pin is the Plant Pin and it is located in the Dojo Courtyard. You can find this pin on the bottom left, near the spy phone. It’s quite small, but simply click it to obtain it!
