CP Rewritten: Fruit Costumes to Return Soon
A variety of fruit costumes will be released soon (probably around summer) through different codes on Club Penguin Rewritten! In the past, there were a couple of such costumes available during the Island Adventure Party: Festival of Fruit two years ago, and many of those will be returning.
Note: the images below are for illustrative purposes to convey some example designs as there are plenty more; it is not known exactly which of the fruit costumes will be available.
The plan for fruit costumes is not dependent on the ongoing summer party consultation either, but the exact date of when they’ll be released isn’t currently known. Thank you very much for reading, be sure to check back for more of the latest Club Penguin Rewritten news and guides!

CP Rewritten: Upcoming Summer Party Consultation
The Club Penguin Rewritten team are consulting as to which of three events should return in summer, and are requesting feedback from the community! These are the events which they are contemplating returning:
- 101 Days of Fun: for this event, a very small task would be provided each day. In theory, a moderator would reward with you coins if they saw you completing this task, but it became increasingly repetitive and people lost interest quickly. You can find an example of such a task here.
- Island Adventure Party – Festival of Fruit: this event involved the whole island being decorated for summer, along with a competition about collecting barrels! You can find the guide to it from 2019 here.
- Festival of Lights: this event was liked for its night sky and the ability to visit the Tallest Mountain, though it lacked other decorations or activities. You can find a guide to it here.
101 Days of Fun Island Adventure Party Festival of Lights
As someone who has experienced all three parties, my personal preference would strongly be in favour of the Island Adventure Party: Festival of Fruit since it’s the most exciting and engaging event. However, feel free to compare the parties for yourself and leave a comment on the official blog post to share your thoughts with the team!

CP Rewritten: Gymnasium Igloo to Return
The Gymnasium Igloo will be returning in the next edition of the Better Igloos catalog, the Club Penguin Rewritten team have confirmed. This igloo is slightly more modern and contains both a swimming pool and a court, but you can see a full image of it below.
It’s been almost a year since this igloo last appeared in the catalog, and it’ll be the second time that where it can be purchased! Thank you very much for reading!

CP Rewritten: No Medieval Party this Year
It’s now been confirmed that the Medieval Party will no longer be an annual event, and it won’t be occurring on Club Penguin Rewritten this year. This is largely because the team felt it was becoming increasingly repetitive.
May [usually has] always been the Medieval Party, but the Prehistoric Party is in May [this year]. The reason being is because we’ve just ran out of ways to make them interesting.
-stu, Club Penguin Rewritten administratorThe quote above references the fact that the Prehistoric Party will be occurring in May, which would typically be the month where the Medieval Party was held. It’s still a little unclear if the event will return in future years, though this is still a break from tradition in the sense that the event no longer appears to be annual.

CP Rewritten: Operation Swarm – Scrapped Mission Screen
As you might be aware, Operation Swarm was an event which the Club Penguin Rewritten team were planning last year, but it sadly had to be cancelled. Despite that though, the team have shared a few of the designs which they had planned, and they shared another of those last night. It shows the mission screen, from which players would’ve been able to begin their daily mission.
Although this looks really exciting, it’s worth noting that it’s likely been scrapped; although there’s an ambition to hold the event again in the future, there’s no guarantee that it will use the same designs or be at such a large scale. I still felt this was worth sharing though since it really does look exciting, so hopefully there’ll be more news on the EPF soon!

CP Rewritten: Bubble Tea Hand Item Sneak Peek
The Club Penguin Rewritten team have released a new sneak peek for a “bubble tea” hand item, which shows a drink in a cup with a straw! It’s another fully custom item that has been designed by Degarmoo.
It’s still a little unclear as to when the item will be available to obtain, but the team stated that it should “perhaps be soon”. I think the fact that a sneak peek has already been shared indicates that it’ll probably be available in the near future, and potentially the next Penguin Style.
Thank you very much for reading! Be sure to check back for more of the latest news, including when this item has become available.

CP Rewritten: April & May Furniture Catalogs to be Merged
The Furniture Catalogs for both April and May will be merged together and released as one at some point over the next month, the Club Penguin Rewritten team have announced. They also announced that this would render it “perhaps the biggest Furniture Catalog” released yet! It will still include pastel furniture.
A similar thing will be happening with the Better Igloos catalog; four new catalogs will be returning. The team haven’t revealed anything to suggest that plans to introduce Sky Decor have changed, so hopefully that’s something to look forward to as well!
Since there’ll be a lot of new items to buy, a code will be available for a large quantity of coins once the catalogs have been released. I’ll be sure to let you know what that code is once it has been announced!

CP Rewritten: Mountain Expedition to be “Complete Replica”
The Mountain Expedition is still expected to occur soon, but the Club Penguin Rewritten team have stated that it “should be a complete replica” of the event in 2017. It’s still a little unclear how this will be compatible with the EPF elements of the event then, which probably won’t be included.
We’re working hard on releasing Mountain Expedition for you all, [though we] should point out that it should be a complete replica of the one from 2017. Items from 2017 will return, [though] you will also earn a custom pin too at the event that was suggested by Jennie (a community member).
-stu, Club Penguin Rewritten administratorIt’s been stated that the items from the 2017 event, such as the Chilly Trek Hat and Red Flag, will also be returning when the event happens again. The “custom pin” referenced by the team can be seen below, and depicts the Toughest Mountain! It was designed by a community member named Jennie, and it might not be the final result.
