CP Rewritten Times: Issue #85 – Christmas Party
A new edition of the Club Penguin Rewritten Times has been released, containing some information on the Christmas Party starting tomorrow!
For the best experience, I would recommend reading the paper for yourself online, but as always, I will try to summarise all the news!

This paper revealed:
- The Christmas Party begins tomorrow, December 20th
- It’ll contain a lot, including a party catalog, and also another way to earn prizes which we’ll need to “work together for”
- A new pin will be hidden tomorrow
- On December 27th, Coins for Change will end but a New Year’s Countdown will begin
Sadly, tomorrow is also going to be the closure of Club Penguin Island. I’d highly recommend playing the game online one last time, and I hope to make a post on it too (I’ve been struggling with the wording so far…).

CP Rewritten: Sensei Visits – 15/12/18
This is just a quick update to let you know that Sensei made a visit to the server Sleet today, and was tracked by the tracker, including rooms.
Update: Sensei visited again today (15th December) on the server Sleet!
Another update: Sensei appeared again on 16th December on Sleet! And…he appeared again (same day) on Sleet too!
Update: Sensei visited on 17th December on Blizzard as well
He had a new background, and was also dressed in a firey outfit!

Congratulations if you met him, and good luck next time if you didn’t!

CP Rewritten: Holiday Toque Postcard Selection
A new selection of postcards has been released on Club Penguin Rewritten, all themed around winter and the holidays!
There’s a few other postcards not on this page, but it does include a very special postcard! If you send the “Happy Holidays” postcard to someone for 10 coins, they’ll be able to open it in their Penguin Mail inbox and receive the Holiday Toque for free.

This also works that you can receive the Holiday Toque by receiving a “Happy Holidays” postcard from someone! It’s a really neat touch, especially since the holiday postcards are always beautiful!
Thanks TopHatNinja for the typo spot!

CP Rewritten: Furniture Catalog Secrets – December 2018 (Christmas)
A new Better Igloos catalog has been released on Club Penguin Rewritten, filled with lots of items themed around Christmas, winter and the Holidays!
View all secrets here

As always, in this post, I will be sharing all the secrets/cheats inside the catalog! A green circle/blue arrow represents that a secret is hidden there and the image next to it is the item which you can get by clicking there.
Page one contains four secrets: the Icicle Lights (thanks GamadonE!), the Wood Stove, the Candy Cane and the Holiday Bells.

Page two contains a further five secrets: the Candle, the Wooden Reindeer, the Leaning Tree, the Door Garland and the HD TV.

Page three contains three secrets, which are the Snowflake, the Nutcracker and the Gingerbread Chair & Couch.

If you’re looking for the secrets to other parts of the catalog, you can click here to find them! The Log Cabin igloo and a new igloo music selection were also released.
I am pretty certain this covers all the cheats/secrets, but I will update it immediately if not! Thank you very much for reading, be sure to check back for more of the latest news and guides for Club Penguin Rewritten!

CP Rewritten: Multiple Mascots this Month
View Rockhopper tracker and view Sensei tracker
Rockhopper is confirmed to visit this month, and Sensei was confirmed to visit for Card Jitsu Fire’s release. However, Sensei hasn’t made an appearance since April, which has caused some confusion.
It seems like Sensei is still planned to visit, because earlier today, the team hinted at there being multiple mascots visiting this month, using the green tea emoji and the parrot emoji as hints. Tea is associated with Sensei, and parrots with Rockhopper.
You’re going to be getting more than that…

-stu, CPR administrator, in response to someone wanting to meet Rockhopper
Since the message above was in response to meeting Rockhopper, it means that there will be multiple mascots visiting this month, one of whom is probably Sensei. Sensei was already confirmed to visit, but didn’t, but it seems he still is planned to due to the tea emoji!Thank you for reading, waddle on!

CP Rewritten: Log Cabin Igloo Available
A new Better Igloos catalog has been released, with some new flooring and the Log Cabin igloo, available for 4100 coins!
You can also find a variety of Christmas and Holiday music in the igloo music selection, which are always great to listen to.

I mainly wrote this post to let you know that the December 2018 Furniture Catalog has been released, and it’s really amazing, filled with loads of pretty furniture.
However, you’ll notice that it’s missing a front cover, and that currently there’s no secrets/hidden items. This is probably a bug, so I’ll write a full guide on that when more information is released.

CP Rewritten: Christmas Party Construction Begins
The Christmas Party will start on Thursday, but construction has already begun across the island to give it a more festive feel!
You’ll hear some Holiday music across the island, but you’ll also see some boxes. There’s also a few rooms with minor decorations, such as the Coffee Shop and Pizza Parlor.

Also, if you head to the Dance Lounge, you’ll see a huge sled being built there. It definitely seems (though not confirmed) that Santa’s Sled will be making a return this month, as the team even updated their social media banner to it!
Santa’s Sled is the game in which you need to push a button at the right time to try and get prizes into chimneys.

Coins for Change has also begun, and you can donate at the Captain’s Quarters in the Migrator. I’m really excited for the Christmas Party, as it seems the team have a lot planned!

CP Rewritten: Advent Calendar Available at Forest
The Christmas Party will be starting on Thursday, but the Advent Calendar has already been set up at the Forest!
Everyday, at midnight PST, you’ll be able to receive a new prize by clicking each window on the door. The prizes for December 14th & 15th are already available too!

As December 14th has passed and it’s already December 15th, be sure to pick up the Holiday Tree Background and the Festive Socks from the Advent Calendar!
Unlike last year, I’m afraid that I won’t be making individual posts on each item, as I don’t feel there’s much need to do so!

CP Rewritten: Rockhopper Arrives – December 2018
View the Rockhopper tracker here
The Migrator has docked on Club Penguin Rewritten at the Beach! It contains a new selection of rare items and the return of the noticeboard, but in order to access this, you will need Rockhopper’s key.
If you’ve not already obtained the key, head to the Book Room and read the “Journal of Captain Rockhopper”. You will find the key on the last page so you can explore all the Migrator!

Rockhopper’s Rare Items have been updated for this month, and can be found by clicking the bottom right icon at the Ship Hold!
Everyone can receive the Coins for Change background for free, which looks really cool, but there are no secrets in this catalog. You can then proceed into the Captain’s Hold! The Notice Board has also been updated, themed with Christmas.

From the notice board, it seems like we’re going to get this design where the coins increase over time for the Beacon and Lighthouse during this Christmas Party, but this is not confirmed.
This was a really nice touch, where the coins would gradually fill the Lighthouse!

Talking of coins, Coins for Change has returned! You can donate in the Captain’s Quarters, and you’ll also be able to play Treasure Hunt there. If you donate, you will receive the Coins for Change 2018 Pin.
There’s a whole load of Christmas and Holiday decorations all around the ship too!

That concludes everything on the Migrator, though there are many cool decorations across the ship to explore! Rockhopper is confirmed to be visiting this month, and you can view a tracker for him here.
