CP Rewritten: Cardigans Sneak Peek
The Club Penguin Rewritten team have stated that they will “perhaps” soon be releasing two new custom items! They’re both different cardigans, but the team have already shared a sneak peek of how these would look like on your penguin.
In order to clarify, each penguin is wearing two different items; the Cactus T-Shirt is just an example of a body item which you can wear, as the cardigan would be a neck item. That means you could wear any body item along with this cardigan!
It’s pretty likely that these items will be available in-game soon, especially since they’re custom ones, but it’s not yet known when exactly they can be obtained! However, it’s definitely amazing seeing the number of custom items being planned lately.

CP Rewritten: Another Anniversary Sneak Peek
There’s just one more day until the 4th Anniversary Party begins on Club Penguin Rewritten! It’s due to last from tomorrow until February 14th, and there was already a sneak peek released yesterday showing part of the Coffee Shop.
Once again, another sneak peek has been released today which reveals some more of the Coffee Shop’s design! The cake has been intentionally removed from the image, however it will be on the table when the room is actually released for the event.

CP Rewritten: 4th Anniversary Party – Room Sneak Peek
A new sneak peek has been released by the Club Penguin Rewritten team regarding the 4th Anniversary Party! The event will mainly revolve around the Coffee Shop, with potentially a few surrounding areas decorated. As such, this sneak peek focuses on the bottom left of that room!
It’s worth noting, of course, that there will be an actual cake on the stand once the room is released; you can a sneak peek revealing part of the cake in yesterday’s post! As a reminder, the event will be beginning this Friday, and it’s due to last until February 14th.

CP Rewritten: Slice of Pizza Item
Yesterday, I shared some news that a “pizza item” would be released soon! From today, you can obtain that item on Club Penguin Rewritten by following these instructions:
- Waddle to the Pizza Parlor
- Stand next to a table
- Click one of the plates on that table
- Select “Yes” to pick up the item! 🍕
This item also contains a special animation; to view it, you need to wear only the Slice of Pizza (it’s a hand item) and dance.
It’s worth noting that this is the first item to be released which uses the new penguin model – in other words, it’s a fully custom item! There’s likely more which will be released in the future, but it’s amazing to see these released already. CP Rewritten: Aunt Arctic to Visit for 4th Anniversary Party
Some very exciting news has been revealed about the 4th Anniversary Party, due to begin on Club Penguin Rewritten from February 12th! The first bit is actually a sneak peek; you might recall the sketch of the annual Anniversary Cake from two weeks ago, which you can find here. Another image has now been shared of this cake, except it’s also been coloured in!
It seems like a key colour theme might be green and black for the event.
The other piece of information is that Aunt Arctic will be visiting for the event! You can find her tracker here, as although there’ll be some meet-up times shared in the future, they’ll likely be very full. It’s also unclear if she’ll have a new background yet!

CP Rewritten: Custom Pizza Item to be Released
On Sunday, it was revealed that Club Penguin Rewritten had managed to access a penguin model, which would allow them to create some truly custom items which have never seen before! For a better and detailed explanation of what that actually means, you can find the post about that here.
This provides the team with the ability to create pretty much any item, so there’s so many options on what they could release! However, it appears which one of the first of these items will be a “pizza item”.
I’ve already sent animations for a soon-to-be-released pizza item.
-August Renders (the person who created the penguin model which Club Penguin Rewritten is using)It’s still unclear what the item will look like, especially since it’s custom! It’s also unknown when it’ll be released; it could just be in the next Penguin Style, especially since it doesn’t seem too related to the upcoming Submarine Party.

CP Rewritten: Truly Custom Items Being Developed
This story is a very exciting one, but it takes a little bit of explaining! Currently, when an item is added to the game, it’s typically one which was available on classic Club Penguin. Occasionally, this item would have a different colour combination which hasn’t been seen before, and these are generally referred to as “custom” items.
Previously, the team haven’t been able to design their own items from scratch because they lacked the penguin’s model, so all items had to be based of ones from classic Club Penguin. That’s going to be changing soon: the team now have access to a penguin model, so can design their own items!
These items were never seen before on classic Club Penguin I recognise that’s a little convoluted, so in other words: the definition of a “custom” item could soon be changed. Up until now, it’s essentially been a re-colour of an existing item, but this will allow the team to come up with virtually any item, maximising their creativity!
It’s still unclear when the first truly custom item will be released; the team posted the sneak peek which you can see above today, but it isn’t accessible in-game. However, it’s definitely something to look forward to!

CP Rewritten: Grey TV Stand to Return this Month
Just a little update on the Furniture Catalog for February: the Club Penguin Rewritten team have stated that it should be arriving “around” the upcoming week. As such, it should only really be a matter of days before it appears.
They also provided confirmation that the Grey TV Stand will be available in it. This is a pretty popular item because the content displayed on the screen usually can be adjusted. It has never been available on the island, but that will be changing later this month!

CP Rewritten: Stamp Books Next “Big” Feature Being Developed
Last night, the Club Penguin Rewritten team released a message outlining some of their priorities about re-adding features into HTML5. I’ll post the whole message below, but it’s a bit so long, to summarise it briefly:
- Features which are most popular, such as Card-Jitsu and puffles, are priorities
- Every mini-game will be converted to HTML5 (the new technology) but this will take a lot of time
- The Dojo will soon return, albeit without Card-Jitsu for now
We know a lot of players are wondering about Card-Jitsu and Puffles. They are a priority, and we hope to have them released soon. As for the actual Dojo, we plan to bring the room back without the mini-game for now (until we release it). We are constantly monitoring mini-games with a Flash emulator for a temporary solution for those wanting to quickly play them. We will be converting every mini-game to HTML5, however, this takes time. We believe that Ruffle (Flash Emulator) has potential in very near future updates to make mini-games very smooth and we hope to use it to our advantage.
As well as mini-games, we are also focusing on bringing stamp earnings back and hope to have that done soon too. This is in HTML5, not Flash. We also have plans for EPF to return soon and also Code Redemptions!

CP Rewritten: 3D Glasses & Mop to Return in March
It’s only been a day since new clothing became available, but the Club Penguin Rewritten team have already given two further commitments about items which will be returning in the March Penguin Style! They revealed that the 3D Glasses would be returning, along with the Mop & Bucket.
You can see both of these items on the penguin below!
The 3D Glasses is a particularly popular item, so this might be a welcomed confirmation. The March Penguin Style will still be a couple weeks away though, so there’ll still be some time before you can obtain it!
