CP Rewritten: HTML5 Transition – “Polishing” Stage
Just to give you a little update about the HTML5 transition, the Club Penguin Rewritten team have now stated that they’re at the “polishing” stages; in other words, although it’s running smoothly, they’re just ensuring that everything is functioning properly.
The team also shared a sneak peek which confirmed that the modernised Pet Shop would finally be arriving! It also shows that the HTML5 client is capable of handling a large audience.
It looks like that we’ll be set to be given a release date within the upcoming days, with the team stating that they’re hoping to provide one “very soon”. When that’s provided, I’ll be sure to let you know!

IM SOOOOOOOO EXCITED!!!! Maybe since its capable to have lots of people in 1 room, it could be easier to get a mascots backgrounds/stamps! Maybe there won’t be a lag when many people r in 1 room! OMG I GOT GALAXY BRAIN IDEAA! U should do another meet up in another club penguin rewritten server! And do it based on what server has the least amount of people at a time! The reason I think u should do another meet up is because so many people wanted to meet u right? Lots of them probably didn’t get to friend u cuz u had that issue with adding friends and stuff. I not doing this for myself, but for other people cuz I already friended u. But that would change if ur friends wouldn’t save, but the CPR team hasn’t said anything yet right? So yeah, I suggesting this for other penguins, not myself! Hope I see u around torres! plz keep us posted ur doing an amazing job and waddle on through these hard times that we r having because of this [redacted] VIRUS!!!!!
