Club Penguin Island Daily Challenges – 04/01/17
For the second day in a row, it is impossible to complete the Daily Challenges on Club Penguin Island due to a bug! However, the team fixed the issue about 12 hours after it occurred yesterday so I am going to still help you complete them. Here’s a look at them.
String King:
Head over to Coconut Cove and go on stage. Waddle over to the light green guitar and press the orange interactive button to equip it. Then just one of the blue buttons in the bottom right hand corner to be able to claim your reward once this bug is fixed.
Buoy Oh Buoy:
You need to stand by the green buoy with a number “2” on it. This is located on the small island which can be seen from the Lifeguard stand. It’s rather hard to explain where however this image should hopefully help.
By Hook or Crook:
Penguins need to catch a total of 2000 fish by heading over to the fishing spot in Beacon Boardwalk. Simply walk up to it, tap the interactive button and cast your rod. If you need more help catching fish, please click here.
I don’t think that this challenge will be completed. Firstly, I doubt that there are 200 members on the game and secondly, I think that most players would have used all 10 of their baits before the bug is fixed. Good luck though!
Ship Main-ten-ance:
For the first time, we have two community challenges! Unfortunately, most people logged off as soon as they realised that the Daily Challenges were bugged again. For this challenge, you and four friends need to head over to the Migrator. Waddle up to this vase on the right and tap the orange interactive button when close to it.
Then head back to where Rockhopper is. If you’re mopping the floor with four of your friends then you would have completed the challenge!
That’s all there is to the Daily Challenges today. It is essential that the team fixes the bug stopping players from completing them. That is the point of a beta though. Maybe we’ll be seeing an update soon? It’s better than having to wait for Canada to wake up everyday!

Club Penguin Island Daily Challenges – 03/01/17
The new Daily Challenges are out on Club Penguin Island and let’s just say that they are rather buggy. In fact, nothing about them seems correct. There are, for starters, five challenges today. Two of these are the same. Take a look.
So you are probably wondering how to complete these challenges. The simple answer is that you can’t complete them. Â I’m experiencing a bug where I have done the challenge but it does not say that it has been completed. Here’s some images of me attempting to complete them.
I’m really glad that the game is still in beta because if this was the cause when the game launched, that would be a disaster. Daily Challenges are extremely important to the game and now even those are buggy! I’m not the only one experiencing such issues. My friend Tomisino1 also is.
I’m hoping that they get fixed soon but until then, I’m unable to provide you with a tutorial if I can’t even manage to complete them myself! Let me know if you’re not experiencing this issue and remember to email “support@clubpenguinisland.com”.

Club Penguin Island Bug: Under the Island
Club Penguin Island has many glitches where you can explore places which you shouldn’t be able to go. Most of the time, this requires doing special things which you can’t do accidentally and you can usually get out of them pretty quickly.
Well, today I think I’ve discovered a bug on Club Penguin Island where you can go literally inside the island! Take a look!
I was simply swimming in Beacon Boardwalk and I just jumped to a friend in the Welcome Circle. It seems that jumping is extremely buggy at the moment. If you’re not in the same area as the friend you jump to, the game will just crash and now it seems you can’t jump underwater!
Most glitches just return you to Beacon Boardwalk when you move but this one doesn’t. You need to close the app which is why I’m considering it a bug. This has been reported to the Club Penguin Island team!

Club Penguin Island Bug: Community Challenge
Update:Â Megg has informed us that this is intentional and not a bug.
The Club Penguin Island Daily Challenges appear to have a bug! Usually whenever you complete a daily challenge on a certain server, you can do it again on another server to get the rewards again. This is most likely intentional as it doesn’t work with the solo challenges.
Well, my friends and I tried to complete today’s daily challenge on Blizzard despite the fact it had already been completed on the world Avalanche. We jumped 10000 times and instead of the “Claim Reward” button appearing, the button said that we had already claimed our reward.
This might be a bug purely for this challenge or it might be a bug for all community challenges. Perhaps the team didn’t allow you to complete it on multiple servers however it didn’t say “claimed” until we finished it for the second time. I think that the solution is to state whether or not it can be completed on different servers.
For now, I’m going to presume that this is a bug.

Club Penguin Island: A Bug That Must be Fixed
I’ve been testing out Club Penguin Island and so far, I’ve got to say that it is absolutely amazing! However, I have discovered a bug which I think poses a serious risk to the game. Let me start by explaining what the bug is.
You’ve probably pre-registered and you expect to be able to hop on and play right away as soon as you install the app! Well, turns out that might not be the case. Although I know my password and I’m sure I typed it in correctly, this happened as soon as I tried to log in.
Bare in mind that this was the message I got yesterday. It’s been almost 24 hours and it’s still there. No hacker would be trying at an account for that long! Here’s the problem with such a bug.
The solution which I was given by Megg and SheepVSGravity was to contact support. They usually take at least a day to reply. A penguin who just found the game browsing on the app store isn’t going to contact support and wait a day before playing it. I bet that they would just uninstall the app. After all, if you just download a game and it doesn’t work, you probably wouldn’t go through the effort of trying to be able to play.
But an MMO [massively multiplayer online] survives by having a flourishing population.
-Screenhog, a person who helped work on Club Penguin Island
As Screenhog said, a game like Club Penguin Island relies on having a large population. Think of how many uninstalls could be caused because of this bug! This makes it a huge problem which needs to be fixed.
The game is still in beta but this (along with the fact that it is SUCH a battery drainer) are the only problems I’ve encountered so far, which is pretty good! I just hope that the team can fix these issues before launch!
