CP Rewritten Times Issue #50 – Puffle Party

The 50th edition of the Club Penguin Rewritten Times has been released, with some decorations and a pin being released in the Boiler Room to celebrate!

This edition also contains lots of news about plays, recaps some of the older days when the newspaper was created and also confirms the Puffle Party to be returning next month!

For the best experience, I would suggest reading the paper for yourself online, however as always, I will summarise the new information in this edition:

  • Voting for the Penguin Play Awards ends on February 21st
  • The winning play will be temporarily on at the Stage from February 28th
  • Aunt Arctic and the Penguin Band will visit at least once this week
  • The Penguin Play Awards ends within a week

  • The Puffle Party will take place from March 7th to March 14th
  • There will most likely be different decorated rooms for each colour of puffle

  • A new postcard selection will be out on February 28th
  • A new Penguin Style (clothing catalog) will be out on February 28th
  • A new pin will be hidden on February 28th

It’s so cool that there’s been 50 issues released of the paper, and I’m incredibly excited for the Puffle Party! Thank you very much for reading, be sure to check out the decorations in the Boiler Room!

CP Rewritten: Rory Planned for “Future Stuff”

Despite being a mascot visiting for the Elite Penguin Force re-construction, Rory has been confirmed by the administrator Joee not to be visiting the Penguin Play Awards.

It’s unclear if that means he will not be visiting until the party ends or if he could visit this month, but just not because of the party. Alternatively, this could suggest that he might not visit at all this February.

Whilst the information given by different staff members is confusing, the good news is that Rory is planned for “some future stuff”. Many penguins are very excited to meet him, so hopefully we can see him on the island soon!

As a result, the likeliness of visiting on the Rory Tracker has been moved from “Likely” to “Possible”. I apologise for the confusion regarding this, however the information given by staff has been quite contradictory.

Thank you very much for reading, waddle on!

CP Rewritten: Penguin Band Confirmed to Return Soon

Earlier today, all four members of the Penguin Band made a surprise visit on Club Penguin Rewritten, even having an exclusive background!

Many penguins were not able to catch them online, which is unfortunate especially as they are distributing a background exclusive to this party. The good news is that the Band will be making at least one (maybe more) more visit during the Penguin Play Awards!

Along with this, the team has re-enforced that they are ensuring that mascot times are balanced for different timezones! A result of this was today’s visit, which I think was fair as there will likely be visits at other times too!

Be sure to check out our trackers for an increased chance of meeting a mascot, thank you very much for reading!

CP Rewritten: Aunt Arctic to Make a “Special Appearance”

View Aunt Arctic tracker here

Aunt Arctic is already likely to be visiting Club Penguin Rewritten this month after the newspaper revealed that the Penguin Play Awards would be the “event to leave the office for”, however there is now even more reason to suggest Aunt Arctic is confirmed to visit!

On the official Twitter account, the team stated that they have heard “Aunt Arctic might have a special appearance”, once again confirming that she will be visiting this month.

An administrator also directly confirmed the news.

Along with this, the edition #46 newspaper also makes it seem likely that Aunt Arctic would be visiting with this paragraph, however the latest tweet confirms this.

I also wish to say that previously, we reported that a moderator said that Aunt Arctic would have a “special background” for the event. This was true, however the moderator has said she was “trolling” and as such, it is not confirmed if Aunt Arctic will have a new background. However, Flippy kindly apologised on behalf of the team for this confusion.

I’m really excited to meet Aunt Arctic during this party and it would be cool if she did have a new background! Thank you very much for reading, be sure to check back for more of the latest news and guides!

CP Rewritten: Aunt Arctic to Give out a “Special Background”

UPDATE: Confusingly, the moderator in question has declared this announcement to be a joke. I aim to only post credible news, and this news seemed extremely reasonable baring in mind that Aunt Arctic was essentially confirmed by the newspaper to be visiting and many players have been hoping for a new background. I apologise for this issue. Before this, the only time something similar happened was many months ago, and I will aim for it to never happen again. Thank you.

Aunt Arctic will be visiting Club Penguin Rewritten this month for the Penguin Play Awards and possibly (though not confirmed) even the Anniversary Party, which is only a few hours away!
