Let’s start with the new Kitchen Essentials page! It contains both the Shiny Red Fridge and the Shiny Red Stove.
Page one contains the Waterfall Pond, Barrel, Dart Board, Coffee Couch and Cocoa Cupcake!
Page two contains the Security Camera, Red Lava Lamp, Large Cactus, Manhole, Mounted Speaker, and also the Inflatable Dragon!
Page three contains another two secrets: the (expensive!) Stacking Washer and Dryer, along with the Costume Trunk.

CP Rewritten: “Essentials” Planned for Furniture Catalog
It can sometimes be frustrating to create an igloo design with some Furniture Catalogs that only contain items for events, as typical “usual” furniture such as kitchens and sofas aren’t always included in them. However, the Club Penguin Rewritten team will be introducing a permanent page to help make this easier!
From the release of the next catalog, there’ll be a page filled with “usual furniture” more familiar in the real world, such as fridges and ovens.
We will be adding a permanent page inside our upcoming Furniture Catalogs on the island called essentials. This includes things for kitchen making such as fridges, ovens, etc.
-stu, Club Penguin Rewritten administratorThe new catalog containing this additional page will be released on September 17th! As always, a guide to the catalog with any possible secrets on the page shall be shared here once that’s released.

CP Rewritten: Golden Tickets to Return at The Fair
As you may be aware, The Fair has been confirmed to begin on Club Penguin Rewritten in September! There hasn’t been too much detail about the event yet, other than there will be a lot of new items, however it’s now been confirmed that the Golden Tickets will be returning this year.
These were previously available at The Fair in 2019. The concept for the tickets last year was fairly simple:
- Each day, you could obtain a “golden ticket” – these could also be obtained randomly by playing Fair games, or exchanging 10K regular tickets for one golden ticket
- A golden ticket would allow you to play “Spin the Wheel”
- Each spin offers the chance to get coins, tickets or a mystery item
Obtaining a golden ticket “Spin the Wheel” Mystery prizes last year
It’s not known yet how Golden Tickets will work this year, but it’ll probably be something similar to the previous year. However, the team have revealed more information will be soon.
A lot is happening behind the scenes to make this a fantastic one, the golden tickets will be arriving and more!
-stu, Club Penguin Rewritten administratorBe sure to check back for any additional information which is released on The Fair! Thank you very much for reading!

CP Rewritten: September Penguin Style Cover
Earlier today, it was confirmed that a new edition of the Penguin Style would be released on September 10th! However, the team have also now provided a sneak peek of the catalog by sharing its cover. It appears that we’ll be able to purchase the Cow Costume again, which hasn’t been around for a while! 🐮
It’s pretty rare for a catalog cover to be unveiled as a sneak peek this long before its release, so this is interesting to see. Thank you very much for reading!

CP Rewritten: Rory to Visit for Pet Shop Construction
View Rory tracker here
Construction for the Pet Shop has begun on Club Penguin Rewritten, with a more modern puffle design already being rolled out! I’ve already mentioned most of the news in regards to these changes, so be sure to check back a few posts if you missed it!
However, it’s also now been confirmed that Rory will be visiting for the construction. He hasn’t visited in months, so that’s pretty cool to hear! It’s not known if he’ll have a new background yet.
The construction will conclude on September 3rd, where a brand new Pet Shop will be available! In case you missed it, the planned design has already been confirmed and it can be found in this post!
Best of luck meeting Rory over the week ahead – the tracker should help!

CP Rewritten Field-Ops: Pet Shop Security Camera (August 2020)
A new Field-Ops is available on Club Penguin Rewritten, and Gary has requested assistance in setting up a new security camera to monitor construction ongoing at the Pet Shop!
Before heading to the Pet Shop though, you need to visit the EPF HQ and click the yellow screen on the right to see this screen. Once you click “Accept Field-Op”, you’ll be able to continue!
To complete this, head over to the Pet Shop, specifically to the top of the room next to the door. Use the ladder to waddle to the top, as you can see the image below, where your spy phone will turn green and start bleeping. Click it!
The challenge this time is to Power up the Chipset! by using the arrows at the bottom of the game. As this varies for each player, I can’t show you exactly how to do this, but basically use the arrows on your keyboard to move your battery, so that you visit all power-up stations. You’ll need to recharge every so often to do this, and be sure to avoid the red electrical zaps!
Once you have completed that, Gary will thank you and reward you some medals. Thank you very much for reading, be sure to check back for more of the latest Club Penguin Rewritten news and guides!

CP Rewritten: Banana Peel Pin Location
A new pin has been hidden on Club Penguin Rewritten until September 10th! You can find this pin at the Pet Shop, towards the bottom right, located on a table next to the pizza box. It’s the Banana Peel Pin. 🍌
To obtain this pin, click it and then click “Yes”. It will be then be added to your inventory so that you can wear it as well as your stampbook! If someone is blocking it, I would suggest going on a less empty server to obtain it.
Thank you very much for reading, I hope that this guide helped! Be sure to check back for more of the latest Club Penguin Rewritten news and guides!

CP Rewritten: Puffle Care Interface to be Updated
As you’re probably aware by now, the Club Penguin Rewritten team have been unveiling the plans to modernise puffles on the island! They’ve now also confirmed that the modernisation will affect the Puffle Care interface.
So far, they’ve only described that the care system will be “different”, so it’s not entirely known what it could be yet. However, it’s reasonable to assume that it’ll be similar to the more modern care system which Club Penguin had.
Modern (2011) puffle care interface from classic Club Penguin It could bring a whole variety of additions! This is probably the interface which will be adopted since it’s from 2011, but there could be tweaks or the Club Penguin Rewritten team could decide to do something entirely separate. All we know is that the interface will be different to what it currently is!

CP Rewritten: Grey Puffle Ran Postcard to be Added
As you’ve probably gathered from this blog lately, there’s going to be some serious changes to puffles soon on Club Penguin Rewritten! These details are all being released drip-by-drip though, and last night, another piece of information was revealed.
When your puffle runs away, you’ll usually receive a postcard from them. However, as the grey puffle is custom and not present on classic Club Penguin, there was never a postcard design implemented. This will change soon.
Example: Brown Puffle Ran postcard In other words, if your grey puffle runs away, you’ll soon receive a proper postcard by them first. Thank you for reading!

CP Rewritten – HTML5: Igloos & Catalogs
A large number of updates were recently made to the Club Penguin Rewritten HTML5 version, which you can play here. Since it’s been a while, I just wanted to run you through anything which you may have missed.
The main update is that igloos and catalogs (Penguin Style & Furniture Igloo) have been added! The igloo system is different to the Flash version as it’s more modern; you can now have multiple igloos at once, and it’s easier to find different furniture. So far, you can only use the default igloo, though that’ll change later.
The full list of changes is fairly extensive, along with the list of known bugs, but here’s the list of gameplay updates if you’d like to check out:
- Igloos have been added to the game!
- Furniture Catalog is now available for use.
- Penguin Style Catalog is now available for use! Show off your awesome outfits with the now-outdated June catalog.
- The Igloo Editor has been implemented with the “brand-new” AS3 design! You can now create and save up to 4 different igloos.
- Forest room has been added.
- You can now see penguins while editing your igloo!
I’ll continue to try and keep you in the loop on progress made to the HTML5 version, especially as the transition grows closer. Thank you for reading, waddle on!
