CP Rewritten: Treasure Hunt Bugs to be Fixed
As you may know, Treasure Hunt recently released on Club Penguin Rewritten, which is a fun game, although it does have a couple of bugs.
The most notable so far is that the stamps don’t work yet, but this is confirmed to be fixed this week. There are a few others which the team also said they will fixed soon:
- Spectating glitches out sometimes with a broken board along with “NaN” coins
- Sometimes treasure (coins, rubies etc.) overlap
- More sandboxes will be added (see more)
- Sparkling in the sand before the game begins
- Rare gems will become “rarer”
- Weird font errors?
- (And the stamps)
These will likely be fixed next week! Talking of Treasure Hunt, a bit more detail was released on when we will be able to play the game.
Treasure Hunt only comes 3 times a year
–hagrid, Club Penguin Rewritten
This is because Treasure Hunt will only be available to play when the Migrator is docked, which generally happens once every three of four months.

CP Rewritten: More Treasure Hunt Boxes Next Week
In case you’re wondering why the Treasure Hunt stamps aren’t working, those are to be fixed next week! However, you may also be a bit frustrated at how full the boxes are at the Beach! 💎
The good news is that hagrid (a Club Penguin Rewritten administrator) revealed that there will be more added soon.
Going to scatter a few more sandboxes around the island next week
-hagrid, Club Penguin Rewritten administrator
This isn’t huge news but still a cool addition so I thought I’d let you know! In the meantime, if the Treasure Hunt boxes are full, try going on a more empty server.

CP Rewritten: Pirate Themed Paper Tomorrow
Newspapers on Club Penguin Rewritten tend to be released on a Wednesday, however this week’s is releasing tomorrow instead. This is due to there being a fancy new pirate design!
This is what the team revealed:
The newspaper is party themed, that’s why it’s releasing tomorrow, it’ll be worth the wait and read.
It’ll look like it fits in with the pirate theme of things, that’s for sure
–stu, administrator for Club Penguin Rewritten
Along with this, the team gave a bit more information about the sneak peek which was released last night in the form of a video. If you haven’t already, you can view it here!
stu said this, and it definitely seems to be the case! I highlighted some of the things I noticed, including a new emote and potentially new outfits, as well as (hopefully) Treasure Hunt!
Trailer shows more than just the party rooms, it shows a few cool things
–stu, administrator for Club Penguin RewrittenThe party starts tomorrow, and the newspaper will be revealed tomorrow, and I’m super excited for it! I haven’t been so excited in a while! Be sure to check back for more of the latest Club Penguin Rewritten news and guides!

CP Rewritten: “Ghost Penguins” Bug
It’s rare for me to make posts on bugs regarding Club Penguin Rewritten, but I don’t think there has ever been a bug as frustrating and annoying as this!
UPDATE: This bug has been fixed!(Double update: It’s happening again…)When you log onto Club Penguin Rewritten, you might notice that the island is really popular and that a server is full (specifically Sleet at this moment). Eventually, you might log on, but if you head to any popular room, you’ll notice that there’s a bunch of penguins just standing there.
These penguins aren’t doing anything, it’s as if they’ve been away from their keyboard, yet they haven’t auto-disconnected. Some have been there for hours! It’s also filling up server space. This is because of a pesky bug. Here’s the best explanation I’ve found:
Basically penguins that disconnect/log off or whatever stay frozen in that room while they are offline and it fills up the server when they aren’t even on.
–Yoseftzvi, a player who reported this bug to staff
That’s probably the best description of this bug so far, and I wanted to share it in case you’re confused by the large number of penguins doing nothing online, and why all the servers are full!
Staff have revealed that they’re “looking into” the bug, but sadly not much more has been revealed, and this bug definitely is very annoying. Thank you very much for reading, be sure to check back for more of the latest news and guides!

CP Rewritten: Huge Rockhopper’s Quest Sneak Peek
Rockhopper’s Quest, mixed with the Island Adventure Party, will begin this week (Thursday) on Club Penguin Rewritten! 🛶
Although the event is still a few days away, the team have released an amazing sneak peek in the form of a video, exploring some of the party!
Some of the most notable things include:
- Amazing room decorations, as you can see in the video
- Ability to set sail, and other things similar to the Club Penguin version
- New emotes
- Potentially new outfits
- It seems, and this is not confirmed, that the iconic Treasure Hunt game could make an appearance
Could this be Treasure Hunt? For the best experience, I would suggest watching the video as it looks fantastic! I’m super excited for the party which begins on Thursday, thank you very much for reading!

CP Rewritten: Mobile Blog Sneak Peek
In case you’ve not already heard, the Club Penguin Rewritten team are launching a new design/revamp for the blog soon! You can view sneak peeks of that here.
However, Flippy (a staff member) also released another sneak peek today of the new design! She also hinted that the new blog will be more mobile-friendly, and that definitely seems to be the case from the new sneak peek. 📱
Along with this, Flippy also said the following:
(You’ve) got something to look forward to
-Flippy, Club Penguin Rewritten web designer & staff member
The blog seems to have new categories and a really cool new design, which looks awesome! It’ll also come with other features, such as the polls, and whilst the release is not known yet, it will hopefully be soon.
