CP Rewritten: Developer Statement on Prehistoric Party
As you may be aware, yesterday the team announced that the Club Penguin Rewritten administration had warned their developer that if the Prehistoric Party was not complete by the end of today, they would scrap it. As part of that message, the team had said that they instructed the developer to make a statement addressing “why it’s taken so long and the status of it”.
Given this, I just wanted to share the statement which Gravix (the game’s developer) has now released.
It’s been taking a while to get ready since I was travelling in the past two weeks. This was a difficult party because I had to export all the dinosaur transformations, create the transformation system (which forced me to rethink parts of the old player code), export and create the interface, quests, do the server side, and finish up all 13 rooms. It could’ve been done a lot earlier if I wasn’t out of my state.

It won’t be cancelled if I can finish by tomorrow.It should be stressed that the Prehistoric Party has not been scrapped yet, but whether or not it will go ahead remains unclear and will likely depend on how much development is concluded today. Once more is revealed, I’ll be sure to let you know, and hopefully there’s some good news related to this soon!

CP Rewritten: Penguin Band to Offer New Background in Music Jam
The Penguin Band will be offering a new background when they visit for the Music Jam in July! It isn’t a custom background, but it’s worth noting that the individual band members seem to be having their design modernised. This is also consistent with the previous Music Jam sneak peek of Franky on the Cruise Ship.
It’s probably likely that DJ Maxx and Cadence will also visit for the Music Jam since they always have in the past, but that hasn’t been explicitly confirmed yet, and there aren’t details about what backgrounds they could offer if they do visit. If some news is revealed about that, I’ll be sure to let you know!

CP Rewritten: Music Jam – Full Forest Sneak Peek
A sneak peek showing the Forest during the upcoming Music Jam has been released by the Club Penguin Rewritten team! Although an earlier image was released showing part of it, this new sneak peek shows the entire room including the lovely sunset sky.
Although some will still feel disappointed about the Prehistoric Party, it’s certainly more promising to see content already produced for the Music Jam, and that should hopefully be released soon!

CP Rewritten: Consideration Underway on Scrapping Prehistoric Party
The Club Penguin Rewritten team are considering scrapping the Prehistoric Party after frustrations with the game’s developer regarding slow progress. Although a final decision is yet to be made, the administrators of the game want to have it completed “around” tomorrow else they believe that it should be scrapped.
I’m going to get Gravix [game’s developer] to write up information on why it’s taken so long and the status of it. Thorn and I said that if it isn’t done by around Thursday, it should be scrapped as it is making the schedule messy, so you’ll learn more soon.

It’s just the User Interface [to do] now, but we told him [Gravix] that if things aren’t done by Thursday then we don’t want to see it in-game.It seems that this dispute between the game’s administration and development over the progress over the Prehistoric Party may sadly result in it not releasing at all; the administration also “doubted” that it’d be possible to release the party without the changes which still need to be implemented by the game’s developer.
This is unfortunate news and I know that many people will be disappointed by it. There’ll be more information this week though, so I hope that it at least brings some certainty as the party has been delayed by a month now.

CP Rewritten: Code for 10K Coins
Since the latest edition of the Penguin Style contains so many new items, the team have released a code which unlocks 10K coins to allow people to purchase more! The code is FORBROKEPENGUINS.
Here is how to redeem the code:
- Go to the start page of the game, before logging in
- Click “Unlock Items Online” in the top right corner
- Click “I have a code”
- Enter the code which you read here into the box
- Click “Done” and you will have your items!
Be sure to redeem it before it expires! It’ll expire in a month.

Club Penguin Rewritten: June 2021 Penguin Style Secrets
A new Penguin Style has been released on Club Penguin Rewritten for June! It contains items for the upcoming Music Jam, along with a wide range of summer-themed outfits!

In this post, I will be sharing all the secrets (or cheats) inside the catalog! A circle and arrow represents that a secret is hidden there and the image next to it is the item which you can get by clicking there.
Page one contains five items: the Saturated Sombrero, Saturated Poncho, Pair or Maracas, Orange Flower Bikini and Blue Quilted Vest.
Page two contains the Icy Eyelashes, the Twilight Lei, the Music Jam T-Shirt, the Fishing Vest, the Starlet Eyes and the Starshine Makeup.
Page three contains a further four items, which are the Blue High Tops, the Boombox, the Colour Splash Hoodie, and the Orange Fade Hoodie.
Page four contains The Holo Headphones, Holo DJ Suit, The Fuchsia Fringe, Straw Fedora and The Funktastic.
Page five contains the Rainbow Hoodie, Western T-Shirt, The Rainbow Curls and The Rainbow Sweep.
Like previous catalogs, the 3D Glasses and Mop & Bucket can also be found on the Penguins at Work section again – clicking the “S” and “A” in “Penguins At Work” unlocks the 3D Glasses and Mop & Bucket respectively.
It’s worth noting that the team also confirmed that the Item of the Month section will no longer be exclusive going forward, meaning that they could possibly return in the future.
Whilst it is possible that an item could’ve been missed, this post will be updated immediately if it is incorrect. For now, I am fairly certain that these are all the secrets! I hope that this guide helped, thank you very much for reading!

CP Rewritten: After Surf Outfit to be Available this Month
The Available Surf Outfit will be available this month in the upcoming edition of the Penguin Style, the Club Penguin Rewritten team have confirmed! It will be one of the many items themed around summer which will be included within the catalog. You can view an image of this item below.
In addition to this item, the team also confirmed that the Basket of Strawberries is also going to be available in the upcoming Penguin Style. It’s not exactly know when the clothing catalog will be released, but it’ll hopefully be quite soon! Once more is announced, I’ll be sure to let you know!

CP Rewritten: June Clothing Catalog Cover
A new sneak peek has been released showing the cover of the upcoming Penguin Style catalog! The team also revealed that it would contain a wide range of items related to both summer and the upcoming Music Jam.
For those wondering, the penguin shown is wearing The Sunny Side, Pink Zebra Scarf, Striped Skater Threads, Green Keytar, and Purple High Tops. As such, it could probably be assumed that those items are likely to be included within the catalog.

CP Rewritten: Music Jam – Cruise Ship Sneak Peek
The latest sneak peek of the Music Jam indicates that the Cruise Ship will be available to explore throughout the event! This was a ship with around five rooms that appeared in the Music Jam on classic Club Penguin in 2014 and 2016.
The image released by the team demonstrates the background of the Cruise Ship, as the sea is also visible. It also appears that the Penguin Band might be getting a re-design too; that’s Franky depicted sitting on the chair.
For those wondering, I’ve attached the full image of what looks to be the room in the image above, though slightly modified a bit. Just like the sneak peek with the Snack Shack though, I must stress this does not necessarily mean that this room will appear at the Music Jam this year, but it’s probably a reasonable guess to assume that it will.
It definitely does seem to be indicated that the Music Cruise will probably be at this event, but as soon as more is revealed, I’ll be sure to let you know!

CP Rewritten: Power Fragment Pin Location
A new pin has been hidden on Club Penguin Rewritten! You can find this pin at the Dock at the bottom left of the room, just by the Hydro Hopper and near the purple meteor. The pin is the Power Fragment.
To obtain this pin, click it and then click “Yes”. It will be then be added to your inventory so that you can wear it as well as your stampbook! If someone is blocking it, I would suggest going on an emptier server to obtain it.
