CP Rewritten: Music Jam – Talent Show Sneak Peek
The Club Penguin Rewritten team have been releasing a lot of sneak peeks regarding the Music Jam lately, and a new one has now been shared! It shows part of a stage, along with some picnic seating.
In the past, this “Talent Show” stage has been located at the Forest, so although the team didn’t explicitly confirm that this was the location where this sneak peek was taken, it’s probably a good guess to assume it’s actually the Forest. I should also note that “Talent Show” is just the wording on the sign which usually appears next to this stage for decorative purposes; there isn’t usually any sort of event here.
Unlike the “Talent Show” at previous Music Jam events though, the snow in this image has been replaced with grass, indicating that this year’s event will definitely have a summer-feel! In regards to the common question as to why so many of these Music Jam sneak peeks have been released when the Prehistoric Party hasn’t even begun yet, the room development for that party has concluded, but the team are just working on dinosaur transformations.

CP Rewritten: Music Jam – Snack Shack Sneak Peek
A new sneak peek of this year’s Music Jam has been released by the Club Penguin Rewritten team! It shows that a building named the Snack Shack will be included as part of the event. In the background, it also appears that the Stadium will be transformed into a waterslide.
For those interested, this seems to be largely inspired by the Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam Takeover which occurred on classic Club Penguin in 2013. That was the event which contained both the waterslide and the Snack Shack. I’ve included two images of how the Snack Shack looked like at the event on classic Club Penguin.
Note: the images below demonstrate the interior of the Snack Shack on classic Club Penguin in 2013 – it does not necessarily mean that these rooms will be included in the Music Jam this year.
Although it can’t be assumed for certain that this will be the exact interior of the Snack Shack when the Music Jam begins, it probably can be reasonably guessed that the event will at least resemble it and other parts of the Teen Beach Movie Takeover.

CP Rewritten: Island Adventure Party to Occur this Year
A couple of months ago, the Club Penguin Rewritten team held a consultation about which event should occur during the summer, with the options being: the Festival of Lights, 101 Days of Fun, and the Island Adventure Party – Festival of Fruit.
The team have now revealed that, having listened to community feedback, the Island Adventure Party will be occurring this year on the island! The party will also see the return of the barrel game, in which barrels would be scattered across the island every few minutes and there was a competition to try and find as many as possible.
Ships at the Island Adventure Party This event is scheduled to occur after the Music Jam, so it’ll probably be in August. The Fair will then occur in September. Once more information is revealed for certain though, I’ll be sure to let you know!

CP Rewritten: Music Jam Sneak Peek – Town Design
It’s been known for a little while that the Music Jam will be returning this year on Club Penguin Rewritten, but not too many details have been released. Earlier today, the team shared a sneak peek of the Town to give some sort of idea about how it’ll look like when the party has begun.
I should stress that this will not be the final design and it’s just taken from the Music Jam on classic Club Penguin in 2012, but the general layout is similar to what it will be. For example, it has already been confirmed that the sky will be different and more of a sunset one.

CP Rewritten: Pizzatron 3000 Set to Return Soon
The Club Penguin Rewritten team have been developing Sled Racing for a while, and there was some suggestion that it could be the next mini-game to return to the island using the new HTML5 technology. However, they’ve also been developing Pizzatron 3000, and that’ll be returning to the island first instead.
Update – 11th June: my bad, I forgot that Pizzatron 3000 is already included on the island! However, this change will result in it being released with the new HTML5 technology, therefore making it smoother and offer stamps once more.
The game will be in the new HTML5 technology, which means it should run more smoothly than before, and development has almost concluded, including with the Candy Mode. The stamps still need to be implemented, but once those are possible to earn, the game should hopefully be released!
Sneak peek from Pizzatron 3000 in HTML5 Although Pizzatron 3000 is being released before Sled Racing, both games still remain high on the list of games which the team are hoping to release; Sled Racing will be the game which next receives most attention. Once more is announced but either of those two games, I’ll be sure to let you know!

CP Rewritten: Grey Puffle Bathing Animation Sneak Peek
A while back, the Club Penguin Rewritten team released an animation of the grey puffle knitting. Unfortunately, the transition to the new HTML5 technology meant that it hasn’t been released yet, but the team have resumed puffle development again! Earlier today, they released another really cute animation of the grey puffle bathing.
As a little reminder, this will likely be part of the Puffle Care interface set to be introduced when puffles return to the island. It’s still not known when that will be, but hopefully there’ll be more animations shared soon since they are really cute!

CP Rewritten: Card Jitsu Development Underway
Development has begun to re-introduce Card Jitsu to Club Penguin Rewritten, the team have announced! In addition, they also confirmed there’ll be some improvements when the game returns using the new HTML5 technology:
- Clearer and better information on how to play will be provided
- It’ll become easier to obtain new cards
- Some of the UI (User Interface) will be updated
One of the UI screens which will be improved is the matchmaking screen, as you can see above; previously, it was just a blue dialog. The team are also considering whether or not to wipe the progress of everyone in Card Jitsu. There’s a poll ongoing on the official Community section about that very issue right now, but currently the general consensus is opposing everyone’s progress being reset.
Card Jitsu is still planned to be released this year. Thank you very much for reading!

CP Rewritten: “Save Outfits” Feature to be Introduced
One of the most common requests on Club Penguin Rewritten since it launched has been an option to save outfits, which would allow penguins to easily switch between different outfits when editing their playercard rather than needing to individually select each item again. This has now been confirmed by the team as something which they’ll “definitely” be adding in the future!
Many have been talking about a save outfit option – this was an idea we had in Flash and it will definitely be released in HTML5.

Hopefully it’ll be in the relatively near future, especially since this has been such a popular request!

CP Rewritten: Dinosaur Transformations to be Included in Prehistoric Party
It’s been a while since any news has been revealed about the Prehistoric Party, and unfortunately, it seems to have undergone some delays. That being said, the Club Penguin Rewritten team have confirmed that they’re still working on it, and that some more sneak peeks will be released soon!
More sneak peeks [for the Prehistoric Party] are planned soon, we’re just working on dinosaur transformations right now.
-stu, Club Penguin Rewritten administratorOne of the more interesting things they also confirmed was that dinosaur transformations will be included in the event. These will allow penguins to turn into dinosaurs, similar to how it was possible to become a zombie or a ghost during the Halloween Party last year.
Below is an image showing an example of a dinosaur transformation when the event was held on classic Club Penguin in 2014, but there were a variety of dinosaurs at the time, and the ones included in this event might not be the same.
Dinosaur transformation (2014) In addition, the party on classic Club Penguin permitted transformations by obtaining eggs through Dino Hunt, and the team have already indicated that won’t be included in the event. As such, it’s probably likely there’ll be a new and simpler method of accessing these transformations when the event begins.

CP Rewritten: Big Brow Code
Two different types of unibrows, named the Big Brow and Biggest Brow, can now be unlocked through redeeming the code AUTHENTICBROWS.
Here is how to redeem the code:
- Go to the start page of the game, before logging in
- Click “Unlock Items Online” in the top right corner
- Click “I have a code”
- Enter the code which you read here into the box
- Click “Done” and you will have your items!
Be sure to redeem it before it expires!
