Please note that as part of this update, many bugs have been fixed, including all the issues with the Wilderness Expedition such as the stamps! Lots of information has also been revealed:
- The Wilderness Expedition has been extended until September 13th due to the bugs (now fixed) with the party
- A new pin will be hidden on September 13th
- An unknown play begins on September 13th
- Rockhopper will be visting this week! (Thanks Pepe4357)
- A new music list, furniture and igloo catalog and the Penguin Style are due to be released soon!
Although the catalog has been delayed, the team did release another sneak peek and confirmed it would be coming today!
It's coming out today, sorry for the delay, again! Here's the cover for sneak peek purposes 😆 ^S pic.twitter.com/1Z6yPiCUQn

CP Rewritten: Wilderness Expedition ExtendedÂ
Due to the numerous bugs this week on Club Penguin Rewritten, including some players in Europe and Asia being unable to log on, the Wilderness Expedition has been extended!
The wilderness expedition will be extended due to an issue with the European users unable to access the servers.
— Club Penguin Rewritten (@CPRewritten) September 5, 2017
The newspaper today might give a date on when this party is extended to, but the extension gives an opportunity for PH to visit the island for this first time! Hopefully it’ll also allow some of the bugs, such as the issue with the stamps, to be fixed.Thank you for reading, waddle on!

CP Rewritten Wilderness Expedition Guide & PH Tracker
The Club Penguin Rewritten Wilderness Expedition has begun and we’ve got a complete guide to make sure you are able to obtain and complete everything which this party has to offer!
This manual tracker will be updated whenever the Puffle Handler logs on, though not when it’s in the middle of the night for me so it may miss a few sightings! News about a mascot visiting spreads quickly so don’t worry! We will also tweet when she logs on.
Tracker is no longer being updated – PH visited this party three times
Last recorded visit: 7:07am (PST) on Saturday 9th September (photo)

The 26th edition of the Club Penguin Rewritten Times has been released, containing details on what’s coming to the island soon as well as jokes, fan-art, an awesome poem and more!
Although I would recommend reading it online for yourself, as always, I will try to summarise all the information in the paper:
- The Wilderness Expedition starts today and ends on September 6th
- PH is visiting the island during the party so stay tuned to Club Penguin Mountains for updates when she logs in!
- A new pin has been hidden today and will remain on the island until September 13th
- A new Better Igloos catalog will be released on September 6th with Autumn and office furniture
- A new Penguin Style catalog will be released on September 6th with back to school and fashion for the Fall Fair
- New igloo music will be available from September 6th
That’s all of the main information in the newspaper and I really can’t wait to explore a maze and sail from the island in a boat during the Wilderness Expedition! It’s one of my favourite parties so I can’t wait to replay it again!

Club Penguin Rewritten Times – Issue #25
After an understandable one day delay, issue 25 of the Club Penguin Times has been released, containing a few dates and some other cool content!
Whilst I would recommend reading the paper online for the best experience, as always, I will summarise the best bits of the newspaper!
Here are some of the things mentioned throughout this paper:
- The Wilderness Expedition will be starting on August 30th
- Instead of the original date, the new Snow & Sports catalog will be released later today with the Ice Rink returning in December
- New igloos will be released on September 6th
- The Festival of Flight was summarised and described as a “flying success”, though it will be ending today too
- Be sure to have a team spirit when playing with the new jerseys!
- You can ask Jet Pack Guy a question this week, not Aunt Arctic!
That’s all for this newspaper and wow, I can’t wait for the Wilderness Expedition to begin on August 30th! I’m sure it’ll be a whole load of fun as it’s one of my favourite parties ever!
Thank you very much for reading, waddle on!

A new Penguin Style catalog is out, containing a brand new colour (Lavender) and outfits themed for the Festival of Flight and Wilderness Expedition!
There are over a dozen secret items located throughout the catalog and this post will cover them all! The red circle is where a secret is and the image next to it is the item you can get by clicking where the red circle is!
Page one contains five secret items, the Orange Balloon, the Kite, the Waddle On Hoodie and the Blue and Purple Kuckoo Ka-Shoes!
Page two contains another five hidden items (excluding the Viking Helmets) which are the Kahki Expedition Jacket, the Hiking Boots, the Canteen, the Supply Bag and the Tuft hairstyle!
The third page of the catalog has four secret items which are the Boa, the Golf Hat, the Pendant Necklace and the Denim Purse!
This weeks Penguin at Work contains the Chef’s Hat and the Baking Apron! When used together, you are able to present a cake! That’s all for everything new in this month’s catalog but you can still check last month’s secrets.

CP Rewritten: August Igloo Music List
The Music List for your igloo has been updated! If you don’t see it, you should clear your cache, but this is what the new updated list looks like!
My personal favourite out of this list are the tracks “Pop Song” and “Brown Puffle Lab”. Not only do they sound the coolest, but many members of the community believe that the Brown Puffle Lab soundtrack suggests that the Wilderness Expedition is even more likely to return, since we were able to explore this room during the party.
This month has a whole load in store for us and I do like the new music list! In case you missed it, a new igloo and furniture catalog will be available on August 9th. Thank you very much for reading!

CP Rewritten: Wilderness Expedition Returning?!
Yesterday evening the community deducted a Festival of Flight is likely returning after three sneak peeks were posted, but nobody knew what one of the three sneak peeks (the rock) were.
However, this has all been changed now! One penguin, Trekker, discovered and commented on this blog that it exactly matches the maze of the WIlderness Expedition. He’s absolutely right and I’d like to give him a huge thank you for sharing this with me.
Not only does this picture perfectly match the riddle which stu gave us. The Wilderness Expedition isn’t exactly a party, it’s an expedition. It’s not Operation Blackout and also, shadows are something fairly common throughout this event. This is everything stu said and it matches the Wilderness Expedition.
I’d like to remind everyone that this party isn’t confirmed, it’s merely a theory which is very likely, but I’m really hoping to see it happen. It’s one of my most favourite parties so being able to experience again seven years later would be really cool! Who’s ready to adopt a brown puffle?
Thank you for reading and thank you to Trekker for informing me of this!
