CP Rewritten: Klutzy Weekend Meet-Up Times
Generally, mascots appear randomly on Club Penguin Rewritten, and the tracker informs you when they’re online and where they are. However, the team are trying something new for Klutzy’s visits this month. Although he’s made several “random” visits, there’s going to be two scheduled ones.
First Klutzy meet-up:
- Date: Saturday 19th December 2020
- Server: Crystal
- Time: 4am PST (midday GMT)
Second Klutzy meet-up:
- Date: Sunday 20th December 2020
- Server: Mammoth
- Time: 12pm PST (8pm GMT)
In truth, the servers are probably going to be incredibly packed for both of these meet-ups, and it’ll likely be extremely difficult to meet Klutzy without logging in a significant time in advance. The tracker should help alleviate some of these worries by sharing whenever else Klutzy is online, so be sure to check that here!
Good luck meeting him!

CP Rewritten: Details on Holiday Party Timing & Design
Just two quick pieces of information regarding the Holiday Party which I wanted to share! Firstly, there’s been much speculation about if the trains which were at the event in 2013 could be added this year, but unfortunately, this won’t be happening.
Instead, the rooms will be based almost entirely on the party from last year with a couple of minor changes. If you’re curious, you can find the guide to that party here.
If you look up our 2019 party, it’ll be basically that with some small changes.
-stu, Club Penguin RewrittenTaken at the Holiday Party 2019 In regards to the timing, which is the second point, much of it is still unknown. However, there are two things which have been made clear:
- The Holiday Party will definitely be releasing before Christmas Day (December 25th)
- It will end on December 31st
There is no estimated time at the moment for the Holiday Party; our goal is this week but you never know, we’re rather busy at the moment so we ask for patience as we try and get this out.
Holiday Party ends 31st!
-stu, Club Penguin Rewritten administratorHopefully it’ll be released soon, but I’ll be sure to keep you updated on any new information as it’s shared!

CP Rewritten: Holiday Party Catalog Sneak Peek
Earlier in the month, it was revealed that there would be a party catalog at the Holiday Party. For the first time, a sneak peek has now been released showing what this will look like! Check it out below.
As you can tell, it offers a whole variety of different items, and there’s going to be others which haven’t been featured yet! It seems like the team has slowly been revealing what items will appear, and I’ll be sure to keep you updated on that if anything else is shared.

CP Rewritten: Festive Puffles Sneak Peek
A new sneak peek has been released about some temporary changes to puffles which will occur as part of the Holiday Party! During this event, puffles will wear some festive items. The sneak peek released features a brown puffle with antlers and a red nose – it makes the puffle look a bit like a reindeer!
Just to be clear though, this will only last for the Holiday Party, and it won’t be a permanent thing! Instead, it’s just a small little addition to bring some more festive cheer.

CP Rewritten: New Background to Feature Main Mascots
As you may be aware, you can obtain a background featuring an individual mascot by meeting them on the island. However, it’s been requested in the past for there to be a background which features all the main mascots together! This is going to be happening during the Holiday Party.
I plan on releasing a background that features all the mascots (majority of the main ones) during the Holiday Party.
-stu, Club Penguin Rewritten administratorThere’s not been any sneak peeks of it yet, but it’s still something to look forward to! Thank you for reading, waddle on!

CP Rewritten: Advent Calendar Begins Offering Gifts
Just in case you missed it, especially since there was a delay initially, the Advent Calendar has started distributing gifts! There’s already a couple available, and you can find it at the Forest.
Each day, from midnight PST, a new window will open within the calendar. By clicking it, you’ll be able to obtain a new gift; at the time of writing, there’s only been items and a pin, but there may be a wider variety soon!
All of these generally tend to be free, so it’s definitely not something to miss out!

Page two contains another two secrets.
Page three contains a further six secrets. (thank you to Julia M for pointing out a previous version of the image below which missed one!)

CP Rewritten: Klutzy’s Giveaway
Klutzy made his first appearance today on Club Penguin Rewritten, and as usual, he was tracked by the tracker! He’ll be visiting throughout the week, so there’s still going to be plenty of chances to meet him.
However, for those wondering, this is his background. It’s called Klutzy’s Giveaway, and it’s pretty heavily winter-themed, featuring a snowman and some presents.
Good luck meeting Klutzy! 🦀

CP Rewritten: Advent Calendar Clarification
Earlier in the week, I stated that a new gift would be available from midnight PST everyday on Club Penguin Rewritten as part of the Advent Calendar! This is true, but at the time of writing, there’s been some confusion about why people can’t obtain the gift for the 14th day.
The reasoning is simply that the Advent Calendar isn’t fully ready yet; once it is, the gifts should automatically be available from midnight PST each day.
The Advent Calendar item might not appear straight away on the 14th – this is so that we can make sure everything is stable and not releasing any unexpected items.
-stu, Club Penguin Rewritten administratorThis is why it isn’t possible to currently obtain a gift from the Advent Calendar! In addition, it’s been a common question about when you need to obtain the gift: you can collect it anytime after it’s been released while the Advent Calendar is still around; there’s no time limit imposed.

CP Rewritten: How to Create Snow Angels
Lots of people have been asking about how to make snow angels in-game, and you’ll likely see many penguins doing so! I just wanted to share a quick guide as I know that not everybody knows:
- Purchase the Snowy Night Parka; you can find all the catalog secrets here, but it’s a hidden item that can be found on the third page by clicking the second yellow light from the top left
- Purchase the Snowy Night Boots; it’s hidden on the belt of The Nutcracker (right on the first page)
- Wear both of these items and only these items – you can’t wear any others!
- Dance (you can just press D on your keyboard)
Snowy Night Parka Snowy Night Boots Snow angel!
By doing this, you’ll jump backwards and start making a snow angel! This was just a quick post, but I hope it helps clarify any confusion which may be present, especially since it’s a popular question lately.
