CP Rewritten: Great Storm Possibly this Month
The Fair has now ended on Club Penguin Rewritten, and many are anticipating the next event on the island!
Update: It probably isn’t the storm, but the Mysterious Phenomenon instead, which is happening for the “first” time, whereas if it was the storm, this would be the second time it’s hit the island
When the team change their icon on social media, it tends to be a hint of what’s to come later that month. Last night, they changed their profile picture to a penguin who appears to be holding an umbrella in a stormy background!
Along with this, they updated their header to some storm clouds above the ocean, which seems to suggest that The Great Storm could be returning this month!
The Great Storm also occurred in October last year, and it was absolutely amazing! I’m really hoping that the storm does make a return this year, as it’s just such a nice event.

CP Rewritten: Community Page Redesign
A new official blog post has been released, sharing some of the improvements coming soon to the Club Penguin Rewritten website! (Note: not the actual game)
Flippy has already shared some improvements, including mobile support, and the sneak peeks for those can be viewed here. But in the recent blog post, she also shared a slightly larger sneak peek of the homepage design, and this is how it will look like!
Along with this, it’s been announced we’ll soon need to sign into our accounts when commenting! This is useful for preventing impersonation, but also looks cool.
More information on this will be revealed closer to release, but it does look pretty cool, especially since not much was previously shared about the blog revamp for a couple of months.

CP Rewritten: Halloween Sneak Peek – Mine
The Halloween Party starts October 25th, and a new sneak peek has been released ahead of the event!
It’s the third sneak peek of the party to be released, and Joee shared this image which appears to feature some sort of green area, which turns out to be the Mine! The bottom image, surrounded with a white background, is the actual sneak peek, and it shows how it fits in.
Thank you Halopona for pointing out it’s a sneak peek of the Mine! It looks pretty cool, and though the rest of the room design isn’t completely confirmed, that’s almost certainly what it’ll look like! Thank you very much for reading, be sure to check back for more of the latest news and guides!

CP Rewritten: Charity Stream with Screenhog
Some very exciting news has been released regarding the net Club Penguin Rewritten Devcast podcast this month!
It will be a charity livestream, meaning that the team will be donating some of their ad revenue to “Make a Wish”, and there’ll also be an option for community members to donate! Along with this, Screenhog (the first artist on classic Club Penguin) will be making an appearance!
We’ll have the opportunity to ask Screenhog (and the CPR team) questions, and even request a music piece to be played, similar to his videos! This will all be occurring on October 24th, Club Penguin’s 13th anniversary, at 9PM BST.

CP Rewritten: October Sneak Peeks – FULL BREAKDOWN
Some new sneak peeks have been released by the Club Penguin Rewritten team, hinting at what’s to come later this month!
As always when this happens, I’ve analysed them to the best of my ability to share my conclusions on what I think they suggest. The official sneak peeks are from the top left in the image below, and the bottom image is my conclusion from the sneak peek in September!
The second sneak peek seems to be a Card Jitsu card of the 5th Anniversary, and is likely a hint towards the 13th Anniversary Party of Club Penguin this month, but that’s already been confirmed.
Although the Halloween Party has also been confirmed to start October 25th, the third sneak peeks seems to once again hint that the Haunted Mansion is coming in the party! It matches the tree in the Forest design perfectly! However, there is no concrete answer as to what the first sneak peek is.
Update: A new theory shared by Hunter J suggests that the first sneak peek might be the binoculars at the Cove!
October seems to be a very promising month, and I’ll definitely keep you updated on anything else that gets revealed! Thank you very much for reading, waddle on!

CP Rewritten Times: Issue #74 – Fair Extended
A new edition of the Club Penguin Rewritten Times has been released, announcing an extension to The Fair and some details about future updates!
For the best experience, I would suggest reading the paper online, but as always, I will try and summarise the news.
This paper revealed that:
- The Fair has been extended by a few days! (The exact day is unknown)
- Rockhopper is going to visit again
- The Halloween Party starts October 25th
- A new pin, furniture catalog and igloo catalog will release on October 11th
In the meantime, we’ve unlocked all the prizes for Global Tickets (the last one was reduced by ten million)! If you haven’t already, be sure to grab the items, which includes an igloo!

CP Rewritten: Clothing Catalog Secrets – October 2018
A new Penguin Style has been released on Club Penguin Rewritten, filled with tons of amazing costumes for the Halloween Party later this month!
In this post, I will be sharing all the secrets (or cheats) inside the catalog! A red circle represents that a secret is hidden there and the image next to it is the item which you can get by clicking there. An orange arrow points the secret to its location!

Page one contains The Lady Frankenpenguin, the Lady Frankpenguin’s Dress, the Mask and the Red Cape.
Page two contains a further three secrets: the Crook & Flail, the Ghost Costume and the Skeleton Costume.
Page three contains the Extra Cheesy Costume, the Candy Corn Costume, the Big Brow and the Viking Helmet.
As always, click the location of the Viking Helmet three times for the Blue Viking Helmet!
If you skip a few pages, you’ll also find a new Penguins at Work section and the Silver Roman Helmet as the Item of the Month. There are also four new backgrounds, but no further secrets on these pages!

Club Penguin Rewritten: Candy Apple Code
The Fair has been extended on Club Penguin Rewritten by a few days, and a new code has also been released to celebrate!
To redeem this code, on the server selection page, click “Unlock Items Online” on the top right, and then “I’ve got a code”. Enter the code APPLEFAIR18 and you will receive the Candy Apple item! 🍏
All the prizes for the Global Tickets part of the party have now been released, so you can obtain an unlockable igloo too! Also, if you haven’t already, be sure to use the other code which is FALLFAIR18.

A minor, but still pretty cool, piece of news has been released regarding the clothing catalog releasing on Club Penguin Rewritten!
This background, the Pumpkin Background, will be available to purchase when the catalog releases on Thursday. Here’s how it looks like! 🎃
It looks pretty cool, and this catalog is hyped up to be awesome! Joee (an administrator) has said that it’ll contain a mixture of new and old items, have an extra spooky Item of the Month, and said that it’s his favourite this year!
