The Sea Caves map!
I’ve got something cool to share with you today created by Danar435! I’ve always wanted to do this but I found it way too complicated but Danar has done an amazingly good job at it. He has created a map of the Sea Caves! I’ll let you check out his post for more information! 🙂

Important Announcement Regarding Club Penguin Mountains
Dear readers of Club Penguin Mountains,
You are reading this blog and that means a lot to me. I feel like you ought to know what I’ve been doing behind-the scenes.
Since February 2016, Club Penguin Mountains has provided ad-free content for you to enjoy (NOTE: This was mostly the case, we didn’t have a paid upgrade so WordPress.com could have showed adverts). However, this (for significant reasons which I cannot share in this post) is now unrealistic to continue. After contacting TWD General Permissions and WordPress, I have the ability to put adverts on this blog. Lots of thought has gone into this decision and I have finally decided to try it out.
For the next 45 or so days, adverts will be seen on Club Penguin Mountains. After that day, I will likely continue these adverts but it depends on what you think. Nobody likes adverts. I don’t like them either, which is the main reason why I didn’t ask to enable them before. It is also the reason why the following is the case:
- Adverts will not make your reading experience any worse
- Adverts are currently only located beneath posts and pages
- There are no pop-ups, Infolinks or header adverts
- Sidebar adverts are an option that I have not ruled out. Being honest here, and that’s the case at the moment. However, truthfully, I’m not after money, so these aren’t enabled yet
- All adverts will be appropriate for a Club Penguin blog. In the highly unlikely event you do see an inappropriate one, please take a screenshot and report to either myself or WordPress but the chances of this happening are extremely low
- Research was conducted with the community before making this decision and I am confident that this blog matches the criteria to legally have adverts on it. I have read the Terms and Conditions of the program and previous polls makes me feel that this decision is not illegal. Technically, the money goes to my parents and not myself as I’m under 18.
This is currently me testing out WordAds. I would like to hear feedback from you though more decisions will be taken closer to the 45 day mark in which authors will also receive a message from me.
Now, I still want to make this clear. I blog because I love blogging. I’ve been doing that since 2013 and that won’t change just because a small amount of money is being made. My posts will remain the same, the style of Club Penguin Mountains will remain the same, everything will remain the same. The only difference is that there is now a small advert at the end of every post/page.
If you have any feedback, please do let me know. Though I have already contacted Disney, should Disney have any problems, do feel free to email me. I understand any complaints but I have tried my best not to disrupt any viewing experience. Thank you!
Kind regards,
-Torres 126

An Update to Free Club Penguin Graphics
For over two years, I’ve been proud to create free Club Penguin graphics for almost everyone and attempting to do it as fast as possible. Unfortunately, I must now end this due to the game closing.
February 2 2017:
All automatic updated image requests have been fulfilled and I apologise for the delay. I will continue to make these before the game closes and I suggest you save them! All unfulfilled requests have been deleted.
The rich penguin, mascot playercard, recolour custom penguin, custom stamps and logo requests have been closed
Our items cutouts page has been deleted
March 24th 2017:
Our free graphics system is closed permanently
March 29th 2017:
Club Penguin closes and all automatic updated images will probably be wiped.
March 30th 2017:
All graphic pages are deleted. From this point, our media library will slowly wipe all graphics made throughout the years.
We thank you for the support of this service for over two years however now we have no choice but to slowly phase it out.

Club Penguin Island Daily Challenges – 30/01/17
As you may know, we are now at the point where Daily Challenges are repeating on Club Penguin Island. As such, I see no point in reviewing or reposting tutorials for each day’s guide so these posts are now scheduled. I’m just going to link you to a previous one.

Welcome to the New Blog
Welcome to the new Club Penguin Mountains!
I am finally pleased to successfully launch the new theme and new pages, a project which has taken over 2 hard weeks to fulfil! Let’s get started in explaining what is new and what is coming in the future.
The new design:

Perhaps the most obvious change is the decision of the new theme known as Harmonic. This decision was not at all taken lightly and I received a lot of feedback asking for a light theme. We went on to create multiple polls to try and help make our decision on if we should do this.
Ultimately, the main reason for this change is that viewing this blog on a mobile phone has never been easier. Of course, desktop is always the most ideal place to visit a blog on but seeing how the new virtual world is mobile only, you can get the latest news and guides in a few taps.
Our mobile theme is more sufficient in the fact that our menu can be accessed easily and the header no longer appears. This has resulted in me deciding to end the mobile app. Unfortunately, under EU law, I still need to keep the banner which makes you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this blog.

I have also added new “buttons” to our sidebar which allow a user to access specific and detailed content which you’re looking for in literally a tap. This makes the viewer experience so much easier from being able to access strictly news to getting a guide. Try it out on the sidebar!
Also, the sidebar has been updated massively. You may notice that the view count is no longer at the top. I’m very transparent about my views since I wouldn’t have them without you, but they’re now located at the bottom of the page.
I’ve also prioritised the Google Translate button as the community is made up of so many languages. I also now support the bloggers who we have partnered with, though we will update this soon!
New Pages:

As your #1 source for Club Penguin Island, it’s essential that we’re up to date with what is being offered. This means that I have finally created tutorials for all character adventures that include steps and a video as well as images for puzzles.
Not only that but we now have a detailed description for every area in the game that includes locations, photos, collectibiles, things to do there and more. We’ve also got a list of activities for you to do, regardless of membership status. Our “About” page has been updated too.
Removal of Pages:
I’ve removed many pages that were not popular at all and didn’t fit in. Things that seem to be missing might be located under the “Extras” or “Fun Stuff” page. Please do let me know of any other ideas you may have for pages! I do have some of my own but I’m currently not working on new pages.
The Future…
Whilst I will be posting the latest news, I feel like I really want to continue discussions. As such, I will do so and I hope that they will be better than ever! One other thing which I want to say is that the domain issues I was talking about a few weeks ago have all been solved.
This update required a lot of work and whilst it may not seem like that, many attempts were failures. There’s 4 headers and I had to redesign each one from scratch 3 or 4 times. However, the new blog is out and I’m so excited for what the future holds!
Final Words
I do want to take note that interestingly, I’ve noticed that a “big blog” has actually copied/stolen the images which I’ve taken without permission. This is actually a pretty big deal to me and I’ve sent in an email to that owner stating the laws which were broken. The article in question is this one and it’s depressing how a blog who strongly disliked me previously will now steal content of mine for views.
Yes, this blog is progressing but I’m going to always stick true to Club Penguin Mountains’ values and vision. Today is unfortunately a reminder that other blogs don’t and I’m going to have to continue watermarking images for DMCA takedowns. That being said, there are some really amazing supportive bloggers and viewers in this community who I’d like to really thank. You know who you are and I want to say this to you: thank you.
Waddle on!

Club Penguin Mountains Status Update
Today I’m making a rather unfortunate post about the future of the blog which you’re reading. I’d like to start by thanking everyone for the amazing support recently! More and more people have started reading my content which I really appreciate!
So let me explain how domains work. Basically, last year I paid for “clubpenguinmountains.wordpress.com” to become “clubpenguinmountains.com”. The domain is meant to be renewed yesterday but it expires next month. Unfortunately, I’ve not been able to renew it.
This essentially means that in a months time, the domain will go back to how it was before. Here’s the problem with this though. All of my SEO will be deleted meaning that new viewers won’t be able to read this blog. Google will completely remove me and I’ll lose my high ranking which has taken ages to earn.
That’s why I’m thinking of closing down Club Penguin Mountains again. A blog is meant to be a place where people read content but there’ll be no people left now due to these domain issues. I’m a bit confused though with the expiration date and the renewal date so I’ll speak with WordPress about that soon.
I either have the choice of letting the site die gradually or just getting rid of it now. I’m not sure if I want to get rid of it though since I’ve already closed it once for two years. However, losing your SEO is a big deal for a blogger and that’s going to happen really soon.
I’ll decide soon as to the future of this blog but these are just a few issues I’m facing. In the meantime, prepare for some awesome new content this Spring. Currently I’m just testing stuff and gathering feedback from a few people though a lot of changes are coming soon!
Thanks for reading this short update,

Club Penguin Merchandise Bargains (November 2016)

Merchandise for Club Penguin has been endangered for many years now, but after a quick poll, 68% of viewers asked to see a series where we feature some merchandise bargains! In this first post, I’m going to feature two things which I bought recently and somethings that might seem interesting to you. The majority of my viewers come from the USA and then the UK, so as a result, I will be focusing on those two countries. However, you can always check to see if these merchandise are sold in your country! Please remember to ask your parents before placing an order! Let’s begin!

Last week I said that I bought this book for £3. I got the last one which was in used (but “very good condition”) however there are still a few on Amazon. If you live in the United States, you’re even luckier, as you could get it used for $2 from Barnes and Noble! A new book is just over £10.
This is no ordinary poster book! Club Penguin fans won’t be able to resist making back-to-school fun with 32 double-sided locker-sized posters featuring their favourite characters. It also includes four postcards and a giant poster that doubles as a textbook cover when you flip it over!
If you’re still not convinced, I will make a post about the book when I get it in the mail!

UK: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/0448453894

With over fifteen pieces of merchandise for just £9, this item on eBay UK will almost certainly go fast! Granted, it is used, but as most of it are puffle plushes, it can be cleaned very easily! Besides, this merchandise would usually cost a lot more money!

Okay, I’m REALLY jealous that the United Kingdom doesn’t get this item, but America can buy the Club Penguin globe for less than $8 (£6)! Most fans would love to have this, as it comes with a stand. This means that you are getting a globe of our snowy island, which would look fin-tastic on a desk or a shelf!
US: https://www.amazon.com/Disney-Penguin-Esphera-Eshpera-360/dp/B003TOHR28/
UK (not really cheap but thought I’d just include it anyway): https://www.amazon.co.uk/Eshpera-360-Disney-Penguin-Esphera/dp/B003TOHR28

Ever since I shared my Shadow Guy pin, many players have wanted one as well. The seller who I got mine from has uploaded some more for less than £3. Although it is used, it comes just like it was new with great packaging.
Are you planning to buy any of the merchandise featured? Maybe you would like to see some changes to this series? Let me know!
