Club Penguin is a business and that is going bust. We’ve had two lay-offs over the past two years and if Club Penguin doesn’t make some more profit quickly, who’s to say that a third lay-off isn’t on its way? The membership system is great, but its not producing enough revenue to fund this massive world. Fortunately, Project Super Secret presents a new opportunity to change, well, pretty much everything about our game. That includes money, which gave me an idea.
Mobile games commonly use a system called “value packs”. You may have seen these in one of the games which you play, such as Clash Royale or Clash of Clans. The fact is, it’s effective and Club Penguin is going mobile-only when the new game comes out. So what’s stopping Club Penguin from adding special offers instead of increasing membership prices?
Let me explain how this works. A Club Penguin one month membership is about £4.99 in the UK. For that five pounds, let’s say that Club Penguin offer 2500 coins and an exclusive Club Penguin item. Virtual coins literally are worth no money in real-life, so including them into this pack is not a financial loss for the game. 2500 is a number which would be enough to make people want to buy it but not make those who can’t buy it angry and think that Disney just wants money.
The exclusive item literally took me five seconds to make. I just took an item which already exists and changed the colour from blue to red. It’s that simple, but the word “exclusive” will make people want to get it. Once again, it’s not worth any money. It’s just a valueless virtual item which the team doesn’t need to manufacture. It’s basically like buying a membership and getting these two virtual items for free.
So what’s the financial advantage?
It’s surprisingly large if this is executed correctly. For example, many people will want this and persuade their parents to buy it and that will probably include those who have never had a membership in the past. It’s £5, so it’s not ridiculously expensive. The important thing is that this does not affect membership sales.
Think of it as a trial.
“Look, you’ve never had a membership, so we’re going to let you become a member for a month for a pack which offers more value. Enjoyed being a member? Then purchase a membership.”
However, Club Penguin cannot keep including memberships in these packs, which brings me nicely onto my next point.
What other paid items will there be?
I think that Club Penguin could easily sell items at cheap prices, along with their special offer packs. Perhaps every week or so, a new pack can be bought. Maybe when there’s a new party, a special, more expensive item could be sold. It shouldn’t take too long to design, but think about it. If 1,000 people buy the item above (and bare in mind that there are millions of players) along with 8 other packs, that’s over £30,000 which is enough to pay a salary. You hire one person to work on the weekly items and value packs (and you don’t even need to do that. You could literally just make an artist work on it for a few hours), you could pay their salary.
So if more than 8,000 packs are bought in a year, which is easy considering there are millions of players who play, assuming this person’s salary is about £30,000, you’re already making profit. Logically, there’s bound to be one item you see which you go “Oh! I really like that and I want it!”. You see?
Where will you be able to buy paid items, including membership subscriptions?
The Fun Hut. However, this is debatable because there is one main positive reason and one main negative reason. You’re a kid, you tap on the Fun Hut, you see the item and you buy it, without your parent’s permission. The solution? Add some sort of question which adults would get but not kids. Maybe a CAPTCHA would be ideal.
However the reason why I insist this must be added to the Fun Hut is because it’s probably going to be one of the first things you see when you log on. If you see something you like, you are guaranteed to ask your parents. Parents aren’t just going to check the Fun Hut everyday to see if there’s a new item. But kids will. That’s why it needs to be in a room which is going to be visited a lot.
Is this a replacement to the membership system which we have known since Club Penguin began?
No, it is not. This is an addition to the membership system to help make more money. It’s completely optional to buy and you still can do everything else with a membership.
On a separate note, I’d just like to apologise for the lack of posts for the past week or so. I’ve got two BIG posts coming out this month and then I’m also working hard on the November Club Penguin Mountains update.

Cheating has been around for many years on Club Penguin. It’s virtually been accepted and Club Penguin has launched no major crackdown on cheating, not even a minor one. The last reasonably successful attempt to catch cheaters was executed in December of 2013, almost three years ago. The problem is, cheaters and cheating programs are becoming smarter, sneakier and more reliable whereas Club Penguin aren’t.
Many believe that the only way to end cheating is to “patch” the program itself, however this is impossible. In fact, I believe that Club Penguin should use these programs to their advantage and as Project Super Secret approaches, the team need to think of new methods to put an end to cheating. But today we are going to talk about a method that could be used to catch cheaters today. It’s a method which is known as “baiting“.
A few days ago, I received a special package in the post. Today I’m going to be sharing what I got. However, first, I’m going to let you take a guess as this is an item which not many people have, though it’s not really an “exclusive” one.
You can probably make out a penguin there, and in fact it is Shadow Guy! Except this is his pin!
This pin is from the Mystery Pin 2 series that is pretty rare to find, even when they were in production due to the fact that the only official place to buy them was in Disneyland. As such, most of these pins are now fairly expensive on eBay, with the average one being about £7 to £10 so I’m pretty pleased to be able to own this pin.

Welcome to the first ever Club Penguin community post as part of Club Penguin Mountains’ monthly community profile series! We’ve got an exclusive interview with Echo006, some awesome artwork by Penny2415 and Sandor, blogposts, videos and way more! Every month, I’m going to be speaking to different people and hopefully we could feature some really awesome stuff! This week, I want to feature another amazing artist, and focus on his latest project. His name is Sandor, and you may recognise his name as the owner of the CPPS, Flippr. I’d like to share with you his Music Jam which he created. In my opinion, it’s better than Club Penguin’s work!

If that isn’t good enough for you, the above is only four rooms. Sandor literally re-created the ENTIRE island and made it into a simulation which you can view on his website. I would highly recommend you spend a few minutes touring his island by going to his website as it’s absolutely amazing. I believe that he’s also working on some more parties, so be sure to check him out on social media too!

There are many talented players in our community, including video-makers! Now, some of you know that a very popular Club Penguin YouTuber is going to stop making CP videos soon, which is really sad. However, at the time of you reading this, he would have made his final video. For now, I can only show you the 13 second trailer of Pup1one’s “Goodbye, Hello”.
I would highly reccommend you to check out Pup1one’s channel. I’ve made a few posts about him before, and I really love his videos, particularly his Grey Puffle video. I’m sure that you will too! It’s a shame that he’s stopping his channel, but I wish him all the best of luck in the future.
On the topic of trailers, I’d like to share another trailer created by Blue21102, who has created some amazing productions such as “Hermit” and “The Phone Call”. You may have seen those in my DVD, but I suspect that this video will be his masterpiece! Judging from the trailer, it seems amazing!

Our next video comes from another large Club Penguin YouTuber with over 600 subscribers! Around a month ago, Dadted made a new series called “The Club Penguin Show”. It’s a bit like “The Spoiler Alert” and I’m sure that there will be many more episodes in the future. For now, here is Dadted’s first episode!
I think that this idea is really awesome, and I’m surprised no one thought about it before! It’s a great way for people to have fun, and I’m excited to see what the rest of the show has in store for us!

There is some controversy surrounding this post by Riyita on Club Penguin Space, however I like it. He’s highlighted what we want to see this Holiday Party and I’m sure a lot of us secretly agree with his opinions. The fact that he is such a large blogger makes it more likely that the team will listen to him. I mean, I made a post requesting that the team returns the Holiday Party Train from 2013 but I doubt they’ll listen to me.
The fact that Riyita has put all of the community’s thoughts into one post for the team to see is the reason why I am featuring it!
Blue21102 is one of my favourite bloggers, and his most recent post is amazing, like all his posts. I think the idea of “Top 10 Memories” is so simple, but Blue has some great ones. I don’t really one to spoil it, but make sure you check out that post, along with the rest of The Blue Blog!
Community Event (#CPUnited):
Every week, at 9pm (UK time), dozens of players attend Club Penguin United, which is a themed meet-up. These events are HUGE throughout the community and sometimes even moderators attend! I would highly reccommend you attending one. It takes place on Monday at 9pm on the server Marshmallow. You can see theme details on their Twitter account! Just check out these screenshots, given to me by one of the hosts, Echo006!
And talking about CPUnited, I’ve spoken to Echo006, who is one of the hosts of this event. I’ve asked him a few questions, and he’s even shared some exclusive information about an upcoming theme. So let’s all thank Echo!
1. 2016 has been a year hated by many players in the community, including myself. It’s a time of uncertainty for Club Penguin, leading up to #ProjectSuperSecret. What are your thoughts regarding this?
As I’ve said many times in tweets regarding #ProjectSuperSecret, I am trying to be very optimistic about the future. At first, it was devastating to hear the news that our penguins and all our coins, igloos, puffles, items and stamps wouldn’t be transferred over. But I have come to realise that change is good and for anything to evolve, adapt and stay alive, it needs to change to its environment. Club Penguin is trying to do exactly this. They have recognised that flash games are dying and that flash CP won’t be sustainable anymore, and so are experimenting with newer things, such as Project Super Secret! I definitely think that moving away from desktop and onto apps is a good thing for Club Penguin, but I would be very upset if the desktop version of Club Penguin was shut down, as it has been a part of my life for so long! As for 2016 as a year on Club Penguin, it has been very different to normal years. The parties have been very basic, with little questlines and extremely long. I believe parties should be two weeks, to keep everybody interested and entertained. 6 week parties are boring and tiresome. I don’t even enjoy playing Club Penguin while the Frozen takeover is on. It’s not fun and it’s simply boring. Even Megg knows this. However, I completely understand why Club Penguin are reusing old parties and extending the time on them. It’s because their whole focus has shifted onto Project Super Secret. They’ve realised that flash CP is going to end sooner or later and they have to push forwards and get Project Super Secret released smoothly and quickly, so they have devoted more time to the app than they have to designing new party rooms and items. It’s a shame the Halloween Party and Holiday Party will mostly use rooms from last year, but I’m perfectly okay with this if Project Super Secret really is worth it!
2. How has Club Penguin impacted your life?
Club Penguin has impacted my life in so many different ways. I have been playing it for 8 and a half years now, and I have watched it grow and become an amazing place to hangout. Club Penguin taught me how to type, got me interested in computers and gave me access to Social Media. I made everlasting friendships on Club Penguin and I have become a well-known player amongst the community! I love chatting and talking to people on Twitter, and Club Penguin has definitely become a part of my daily-life. I used to blog about Club Penguin for 2 years and had an amazing experience. And now, we are attempting to unite the community in our weekly meetups, #CPUnited. My life definitely wouldn’t be the same with Club Penguin.
3. If you were in charge of Club Penguin, what do you do?
If I was in charge of Club Penguin, I would make lots of changes. Firstly, I would change the rules regarding how the staff can interactive with the community and players. I feel that often we are not listened to, and our ideas are not heard or expressed. Luckily, we are very fortunate to have Megg as community manager who does listen and has returned many things that we want, like the Music Jam! I would also ensure that parties were NOT 6 weeks long, and that new interactive content was released every week, not every 2 weeks. I would definitely hide the pins in more obscure places, as well as improving the stability of the Club Penguin app!
4. Could you tell us more about #CPUnited?
#CPUnited is an amazing community project that involves the whole community and bringing everyone together. The sole purpose of #CPUnited is to unite the community and the servers! We wanted to bring a unique and different twist to Club Penguin meetups, and so we decided that our meetups would be different. They would have different themes every week. We’ve had a complete range of activities and every week is unique! The project was thought up by myself, Pingu15cool, Waddles4g1 and Kannoo2! We run the @CPUnitedTeam Twitter account and host weekly parties on Marshmallow at 1pm PST! Our meetups are loved by the whole community and everybody gets involved with roleplay and enjoying the activities. It is a truly magical experience where everybody gets together and has so much fun! And, I can exclusively reveal here on CPMountains, that after this week’s meetup Ghosts vs Zombies, we will be having a Candy Scavenger Hunt theme for Halloween on October 9th!!
5. Is there anything else you would like to say?

I’ve been closely monitoring my recent survey to find out that a surprising number of people want to see interviews on Club Penguin Mountains. As such, I reached out to Rocketsnail to try and start this series with a bang and surprisingly, he agreed! I asked my interviewer to ask him a few questions, and today I am pleased to be able to share his answers!
Rocketsnail, also known as Lance Priebe was the co-founder of the game we know today as Club Penguin. He left in 2010 (I believe it was September or October) and has since gone on to develop other things, and you can check out some more cool stuff about him at rocketsnail.com! I’m pretty thrilled to be able to ask him a few questions.
I found these answers rather interesting! I also couldn’t help think about Michael who was inspired by Club Penguin.
I’d like to give a massive thank you to Lance for answering my three questions! I’m going to try and see if I can ask more people, particularly people who are in the community, more questions so maybe we could get a monthly serious going.
I’d like to start of this post by apologising for the lack of new content coming out. I’m constantly checking the survey for ways to add more content and improve Club Penguin Mountains. I’m also hoping to do a lot for our 3rd Birthday which is dawning on us quickly.
Anyway, you’ve probably read my recent letter in which I criticised a lot of the game. In fact, even Megg told me she was going to check it out. Whilst I raised a lot of points, I didn’t raise many solutions. Today I have a solution to the problem of having parties return which we don’t like, such as the third Frozen Party/Takeover.
My idea is ridiculously simple, but it could have such a positive impact on our game. I’m actually surprised that it wasn’t implemented ages ago. Once a party ends, I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to rate it. For example, a message like this could appear the next time a player logs in after the party ends.
What’s the purpose of this? Well, Club Penguin claimed that they returned the Frozen Party because many players wanted to see it again, however many were extremely angry when it returned. This way, they can really see the most popular parties which players would want to see again. It would solve the demand to stop takeovers as they could really see that players don’t, or maybe even do, like takeovers.
I respect that the final few 2D parties are probably already planned, but since there will eventually be parties when Project Super Secret launches, I think that the Club Penguin team should add it to the new game. Now, I’m not a coder, and I don’t know how difficult this would be to implement. But think of how much better our island would be if Club Penguin knew which parties we liked and which parties we didn’t. If the worse came to the worse, they could always have a poll on the Club Penguin blog, but this way, everyone is bound to rate the party.
It’s a win-win situation. Club Penguin gets to know which parties will get them more money. We get to have our favourite parties return.
Can the Iceberg be tipped? Well I think yes because there are so many clues that the Iceberg CAN be tipped. So the first picture/GIF will show you that people tried to tip the Iceberg on the Club Penguin mobile app. Is that not cool? I think it is. It would be mega cool if it did tip on the mobile app.
In a PSA mission Spy & Seek he is talking to Klutzy that he tipped the Iceberg and it was easy for him. Why is it hard for penguins? Check the picture below.
Well that is pretty cool. Maybe you need a certain colour to tip the Iceberg.
As shown below somebody named @DesktopCP on twitter asked @RocketSnail, “Is it possible to tip the iceberg? If so, how? If it is not, did you ever plan for such a feature? Lets see the picture when @DesktopCP asks the question. Sadly, Rocket can not tell us the secret but its okay. We can figure it out ourselves.
So in the attic there is a photo where it shows the Iceberg is tipped. That photo was first seen in the Halloween party. That is pretty cool. I think Club Penguin will leave us more clues and more then we will find out how to tip the Iceberg.
So while browsing through some Club Penguin video I found one about Disney Mix. While watching it I saw this on Megg top “I know how to tip the Iceberg.” That is so cool. I wish we knew how to tip the Iceberg too!
Rocketsnail (Lance) is once again asked, “One year ago you told us it was possible to tip the iceberg on club penguin. Have you received anymore information since then?” He replied, “It is still possible to tip the iceberg, but it remains a secret.”

Club Penguin has been the game of so many childhoods. When I joined seven years ago, it was perfect. The parties were memorable. The community who I met in 2013 were amazing. This was the best game ever. Now, let’s fast forward to today. Club Penguin is just a business with a million problems which are being completely ignored. Nearly every decision, from two month long parties to an extremely poor effort to take cheating seriously and to the nail in the coffin, and the reason I’m making this post, Project Super Secret. Maybe I’m missing something and just being unreasonable but this isn’t remotely close to what I thought would happen two years ago.
Heck, you would’ve thought the team would have learnt from the #SavetheClubPenguin protests in 2014. They haven’t. Now look at today. It’s ten times worse.
Thanks to Saraapril for this image!So, let’s start with takeovers. There’s nothing wrong with them. We loved the Marvel Superhero Takeover and the Star Wars Takeover, but when you’re bringing us 3 takeovers in a row, not even mentioning the fact that they last for two months, then there is something wrong. Is it just me or are FANS, yes, fans, are currently designing better rooms that Club Penguin? I don’t doubt their talent. That’s the reason we expect so much from them, because they have proved they can deliver amazing content. But the rooms are undecorated, left empty with the EXCUSE (not even the reason) that they were working on Project Super Secret, which we’ll talk about later.
I miss old Club Penguin, I really do. I miss those welcome screens on the right. But times have changed, and we have moved on. However, change is meant to be good. I ask you, who here (other than Dj Stores) actually prefers this new game in which the target audience is on average, nine years old? Club Penguin wasn’t designed to be create for kids. Even Rsnail said:

Club Penguin is a world full of adventure, mystery and delight. You can be anything you want to be. A pirate that sails the seven seas, a thief that robs the pizza parlour, a ninja that masters an ancient legend, a secret agent, a barista or even an army that wages war on this little snow covered island.
I do not create kids games, I create games that kids can play. Club Penguin is for everyone
This was true. But why did Disney choose to switch their audience? Why are the parties LITERALLY logging on every day for a few minutes to click a few things. I thought they were meant to be challenging, which is what made them “educational”. I seriously think one of the main reasons for Club Penguin losing popularity was because they changed the age of their target audience. Club Penguin (I know you’re reading this – you better be anyway), have you forgotten Operation Blackout? You a put an entire year into that party and it was an entire success. Recreate that formula.
Time + Effort + Plot + Challenging Activities + Design = Views = Money (which is all you care about, right?) = A better Club Penguin for players and Disney alike
Operation Blackout ticked all those boxes and as such, it was the most popular party ever. If you can replicate that, even on a smaller scale, you could even get away with a two month long party too. Why do you think so many people, even Riyita, keep bringing it up?
Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not a big blogger, but when you’ve got people like Trainman1405 considering quitting a game which he has blogged about for many years, then there’s something wrong. However, I am part of the community (no matter what Dj Stores says), and I do hope you value our opinions. Megg promised that after Frozen, things will pick up and I really hope they do.
We’ll never get old Club Penguin back. It doesn’t matter how many protests or riots we create, it just won’t happen. But please don’t forget about the things which have made our game go on for over a decade. Don’t forget why our game is still here, and if I want to be really harsh –, actually, you probably know what I would say here and I don’t want to sound rude. I’m upset that Club Penguin is closing, but please carry these things on to the “new game” which we will talk about later.
Bugs, cheats, bots, exploits, you really just don’t seem to care. There are over 300 pages of bugs written on Trainman1405’s blogs, but the difference is, back in the day they would actually be fixed. You asked us to give you a list of bugs in mid-June. There were so many bugs written on that post. We did our part. It’s been two months, and I ask you how many of those have you actually taken the time to fix? I’m far from a game developer, but you’ve fixed bugs quickly and efficiently in the past. Why not have one person from your technical support team just work his/her way through the comments of that post and fixing the things that need to be fixed? I get that times are tough, but seriously, that bug where you click the safety survey and your screen freezes has been there for YEARS and don’t even get me started on the friends list. That’s just one of the many bugs on our island.
Oh, and cheating. This is a very…interesting topic. I’m not going to lie, however I conducted sort of an experiment on cheating. I called Club Penguin explaining to them that I cheated. You literally didn’t even ask for my penguin name but instead said “don’t do it again” and hung up on me. Let’s skip back a few years ago, to when I really cheated on my main account. I told you guys, and you investigated the account. The day I got that response was the day I got banned. How come, when you’re getting reports, you ignore them now but you never used to ignore them? That is not right. Heck, you even have people who you know cheating. In 2013, when Project Super Secret was announced, we were all excited, no doubt, but there wasn’t anything necessarily “wrong” with the game. I loved 2013, not going to lie. So we were wondering what it was. A few weeks ago, Spike Hike announced it was Disney Mix.

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. You mean, you’ve been using the excuse that the downfall of the island would be worth it for a messaging app. I am extremely glad it’s referring to the new Club Penguin, but when was this change made? If you tackled the riots in December 2014, I wouldn’t have to be writing this right now. Anyway, let’s give you the benefit of the doubt and say that you began developing the new Club Penguin in 2013.
Was it worth it? That’s the question I ask you. This risk is such a big one. Couldn’t you be happy with what you had? Couldn’t you be happy with the wonderful times and memories which we shared in 2013? Why did you ask for more? Not to mention Club Penguin is going mobile-only. Actually, let me mention that there has been one day in 2014 where there were more players on mobile than there were on a computer.
Let’s start of with losing all our items. This was outrageous, but do you want to know what really makes me mad? You never told us until August 2016. Why? Did you want people to continue buying memberships without them knowing what’s about to happen? We should’ve known. We should have known.
Club Penguin is a live service and can be discontinued at anytime.

I dare to say that had you have told us this last year, you could have saved a lot of disappointment and anger. Oh, and thanks for giving us Project Super Secret sneak peeks. I’ve literally lost my motivation to blog, which is part of the reason I’m no longer creating about 20 posts a month. In 2013/2014, I used to have Polo Field following my blog. I felt as if I was actually being heard. For god sake, if I didn’t send this to you, would you really be reading it? It’s shocking when COMPANIES are interacting with us more than you. Oh, and we were hoping that the launch of Disney Mix would mean more interaction, in case you were wondering.
You need to clear up Project Super Secret. You need to make a post on the blog about it and come more clean. Because at the moment, here’s how I see it. I see that you have completely neglected our island under the excuse that you’ve been working on something that has been delayed by a year. I see that you’re going to mess Club Penguin up. You need to go on the blog, and you need to do a survey. That’s what Club Penguin needs.

This is only a quarter of what I have to say about Project Super Secret but you probably know what we have to say. Why does it take me to explain it to you? My question to you, Club Penguin, is why you chose to neglect our island. 2015 was the downfall. It really was. I struggle to say this, but if I was Spike Hike at the time, I would have not created Project Super Secret. You already have the app and desktop version. But it’s happened, so let us just hope for the best as I’m talking about a game which hasn’t even finished the development stages yet.
Oh, and going back to the community, thanks for “passing these ideas on to the rest of the team” and thanks for “investigating these issues”. Do you actually do that? Do you really listen to the players? Let’s be honest, the younger audience didn’t ask for a Frozen Party for the third time. Someone pointed out how kids were more likely to comment on the blog than send in an email and there weren’t “hundreds” of comments on the blog to return the Frozen Party. I really hope Megg’s promise (the rest of the year will be good) is true. I also hope I get a response, something more than just another copied and pasted reply.
I’m busy criticising the game and you might be thinking “the community makes our game the game it is”. A few years ago, Spike Hike retweeted this tweet. It’s no longer what “we make it”. Now the team decides, and they’ve been making some really terrible decisions. How are we supposed to #SavetheClubPenguin when we’re not even being heard? I’m not even sure if you’re going to just print out a copy and pasted reply and send it back to me. Address these concerns, please.
And you’re also probably thinking, wow Torres, you must really hate this game. Well, no! I freaking love this game. That’s why I’m making this post now. I’d just hate to see it dismissed as one of Disney’s many mobile apps because Club Penguin is more than just that.

Rumours have been circulating for many years about Club Penguin closing down. For a long time, there’s been no credible proof of them being true, until now. Today, Club Penguin Mountains is going to analyse the facts and the rumours to present the sad proof that Club Penguin is shutting down.
We have analysed some long-lost articles , the information given exclusively to us and more importantly, the information given by Spike Hike.
The Fun Hut. However, this is debatable because there is one main positive reason and one main negative reason. You’re a kid, you tap on the Fun Hut, you see the item and you buy it, without your parent’s permission. The solution? Add some sort of question which adults would get but not kids. Maybe a CAPTCHA would be ideal.
The last reasonably successful attempt to catch cheaters was executed in December of 2013, almost three years ago. The problem is, cheaters and cheating programs are becoming smarter, sneakier and more reliable whereas Club Penguin aren’t.

I seriously think one of the main reasons for Club Penguin losing popularity was because they changed the age of their target audience. Club Penguin (I know you’re reading this – you better be anyway), have you forgotten Operation Blackout? You a put an entire year into that party and it was an entire success. Recreate that formula.
Bugs, cheats, bots, exploits, you really just don’t seem to care. There are over 300 pages of bugs written on Trainman1405’s blogs, but the difference is, back in the day they would actually be fixed. You asked us to give you a list of bugs in mid-June. There were so many bugs written on that post. We did our part. It’s been two months, and I ask you how many of those have you actually taken the time to fix? I’m far from a game developer, but you’ve fixed bugs quickly and efficiently in the past. Why not have one person from your technical support team just work his/her way through the comments of that post and fixing the things that need to be fixed? I get that times are tough, but seriously, that bug where you click the safety survey and your screen freezes has been there for YEARS and don’t even get me started on the friends list. That’s just one of the many bugs on our island.
